Excellent customer service and sofas.
Yasir was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. This is the second set of sofas we are buying from Sofology. The first lasted long and kept its structure and support.

The gentleman that we bought our suite…
The gentleman that we bought our suite from was very helpful. What I liked most was that he didn’t pressure us at all and let us choose at the same time giving advice when asked. Also very polite.

Took delivery of two &Two and half …
Took delivery of two &Two and half sofas on 14/11/25 when delivery driver had gone I noticed they were faulty.I immediately contacted the after care team
I now have to wait for someone to come out and inspect the item even though I have sent them photographs of the faulty
I am extremely disappointed about the service I have received

Great service from Reading store
Monday morning went into Sofology store with my daughter just to look at sofa's the sales man was so nice and understanding and there was no pressure. I found the one that I quite like and decided to buy two. The salesman was very helpful, so can thoroughly recommend them

Extremely Helpful Staff
We were torn between two sofas but once we settled on the one we wanted Sarah in the Reading branch was extremely helpful and walked us through the process and all the care needed for our new product. Extremely happy with the process and the friendly staff. Highly recommend!
