The customer service was impeccable. Sarah and Farhan were so helpful and gave great advice. We really appreciated their guidance and kindness, especially as we were the last customers of the day! They didn't rush us, provided all the information we required and left us feeling very happy and satisfied with our purchase.

The staff were on hand straight to let us know a few bits and pieces and the left us to browse which worked really well.

They weren’t pushy sales people like some other shops, which makes you then feel more comfortable in store

Had a great experience today at Sofology. We see a very nice man called Ali from the sales team. He offered us great advice and guidance but was not at all pushy which was great. Sofology also had some great sofas with plenty of choice and options for anyone's lounge. Humza greeted us upon arrival and gave us a brief appraisal of safety within the store followed by a guide to the pricing and fabric choices etc.
He was very helpful and gave us all the information we required to make a decision.
At no time did we feel pressured.
