Sofology - Preston Arvostelua

What a great and pleasurable experience, thank you Jay and Amanda, for all your help and advice yesterday.

Service was good , the sales people where straight with me

Great customer service by Luke at Preston

My partner and I visited the store at Deepdale Retail Park in Preston to look for a new sofa. We weren't put under any pressure to buy and found the staff extremely helpful (particularly Luke, who was brilliant).

Great experience today at Preston with Russ after a terrible experience at SCS. Russ was polite, greeted and directed us to what we were looking for and let us wander freely but with a good balance of checking in with us to see if we needed anything. For a stress and hassle free shopping experience I would definitely recommend Sofology.

Friendly customer service Luke was very efficient and helpful in helping us choose the best option for us would fully recommend 5 star service

Luke was really helpful and no pressure unlike other sales stores

Excellent service
No pressure given all the time we needed and helped through the process very professionally.

There was no pressure from the sales team, we were greeted and left to our own devices to wander the store. Until we had some questions and the staff were very helpful.
We tried a few Sofa’s out for comfort and decided on the one we were happy with. The sales men even carried the larger footstool down from up stairs so we could see how it looked against our chosen sofa.
Our order was dealt with efficiently with no pressure to add on any of the care products, overall a great smooth experience.

Mo our salesman was excellent giving us the best experience ever

Luke was brilliant, helpful nothing toomuch trouble... made the experience really simple and calm.

I got the items l wanted.Mo was very helpful

Very helpful salesman, Mo, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision, no pressure. Thank you.

Excellent service and time taken to discuss the various sofa's we were comparing and detailed knowledge of the size of the sofas.

Very attentive staff. Very helpful in all aspects of choosing a sofa and chairs

Went onto the Preston store and was greeted by a pleasant sales person I think he was called Russ. I liked that I didn't feel pressured in anyway into making a purchase he was so professional and polite. The range of sofas available is very good. I must admit we spotted exactly what we required almost immediately. The price was really competitive with other stores and we were really happy to purchase a great sofa and chair which is really good quality and fantastic value. We just can't wait to receive our delivery now. Thanks Sofology.

Gary was excellent, very knowledgeable

Today we purchased a new suite from the great team at Preston. They were really knowledgeable and friendly with no sales pressure applied at all. A really easy experience! Can’t wait for the furniture to arrive!
