Didn’t feel pressured into the sale.
Good choice of sofas & colours.
Our original colour was no longer available but Jo, the sales assistant helped us make another choice which is actually better than our first choice.
Cuppas were good too!

Amazing customer service and great quality sofa❤️
Absolutely in love with our new sofas(The Fitzrovia matt velvet wine)♥️ My experience was very positive, lady that was helping me, was very polite and friendly. She even offered us something to drink. Sofas are amazing quality, very sturdy, and look so elegant. It is our second purchase from Sofology and we are really happy😊

Brilliant from start to finish nothing was a bother
Went in, the young lady was brilliant her name was Libby I think, never pushy just let me look about, customer service was excellent, 2nd sofa I’ve purchased fro you, won’t go anywhere else from now on, told me what I was paying for, couldn’t be more than happy

Friendly and professional
The sales person Jo was a very friendly and professional young lady,not pushy at all,We received great service and advice.When we left the store we felt confident in our decision.Would highly recommend Sofology,Also had great service from Karen on the previous day.

Relaxed, No Pressure Experience. 5/5
We had a really good experience at Sofology North Shields. We normally hate shopping for big purchases as you get mobbed as soon as you walk through the door, but we felt comfortable browsing without any pressure.
Stephanie was especially helpful throughout. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions clearly. She gave useful advice and helped us feel confident in our choice without being pushy.
Overall, a smooth and straightforward experience. Thanks again to Stephanie for her help, it was much appreciated!

Sofa purchase
Following an extensive search to find our ideal sofa, we visited Sofology at Silverlink and were expertly assisted by Leanne to help us find what we were looking for.
