Sofology - Maidstone Arvostelua

The helpful friendliness of the team was great.
Not pushy just explained every and all options available.
Delivery, product care. Price. All made very clear.

Went to the Aylesford store near Maidstone. Assisted by a young lady named Emma. She was polite, patient and extremely professional. Well done Emma.

The saleswoman Caroline was extremely helpful without being to pushy. She took the time to explain everything very clearly and we came away knowing we had bought the right sofa. All in all a very enjoyable experience thanks to Caroline.👍

A fantastic, friendly well informed salesperson - remember us from a previous purchase. Great quality sofas

Colin was super helpful and informative.
Explained everything in detail too.

We had a very helpful sofologist and showed us what he thought we would like and gave us choices.

I was greeted at Sofology Maidstone by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. He offered coffee/tea and left us to look round the store at leisure providing help and advice when required. Very helpful and relaxed experience in -store.

Nick was great, we had a nice informal discussion and didn't feel rushed. Thank you Nick.

We had the most amazing experience when we were searching for our sofas. Caroline explained everything in detail, what she recommended for my busy household.
We felt so at ease and she was so friendly.
She emailed and checked in on me and made sure I ordered them correctly.

Thank you again for brilliant service!

The vast display of sofas, the extremely knowledgeable and welcoming staff and the overall experience made me feel that I had chosen the right place to buy my sofa.

Thanks so much to Afeez for all his very kind and knowledgable assistance today at Sofolgy in Maidstone. Very nice gentleman who was lovely to deal with and great with the kids as they zoomed around the store! Great staff and ultra comfortable seating solutions!! Best regards, PD.

Welcomed by Emma who was also happy to let me browse alone then was available and knowledgeable when making my choices.
Emma was very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of information and although recommended additions, there was no hard sell.
The store is clean, tidy and well spaced, a very pleasant environment.

Colin was fantastic spoke through all our options

Pleasant shop. Great salesperson

Friendly staff. A good range of sofas to choose from. Straightforward purchasing experience.

Are experience is five star the gentleman that helped us was named Colin and he was very polite and patient colin help with any questions that we had and if we didn’t understand what he meant, he would rephrase it and show us and that was a great help to both of us so thank you.

It was a pleasure confirming our order with Caroline

Very patient and gave us all the time to decide and gave us very good advice

Great communication, but at least 5% discount would feel buyer more valuable. Also, lead time is a bit long for orders.
