Jamie at the Maidstone Branch, listened and then showed care in helping me select the best sofa for my needs

Entered showroom a gentleman approached us as I now now as Collin no pushyness and cheerful which is great as some are after a look round asked a few questions and Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products etc which in the end I purchased a sofa we liked a coffee too great experience

The staff ( Giuseppina) went far above and beyond to cater for my family’ needs. The flexibility of payment played a part to us committing to buying our choice of settees.

The staff were very supportive and friendly. Mr Afeez talked us through all the sofas we saw and this helped us in choosing our lovely sofa.

Jamie was a great salesman. Left us alone until we needed help. He then obliged. We didnt purchase on day 1 but came back for 2nd look and once again Jamie was excellent

I came into the store near enough at closing time ‘just to look’. However I found the sofa of my dreams. The lights were out, the music off, but Nick (Aylesford) was brilliant and did the sale for me.

Caroline at your Maidstone branch has literally been outstanding. She instantly put us at ease, was extremely knowledgeable about the sofas we were looking at, offered my kids drinks, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were happy. We also spoke to Nick in this branch who was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
In fact we visited a number of your stores including Lakeside where the assistant did a demonstration with water to show how good the fabric was, and Gordon in the Croydon branch was also great.
All in all an outstanding customer experience so thank you to Sofology for having such great people in your stores!
