Sofology - Leicester Arvostelua 

Nice, polite young man (Bradley), very helpful. Didn't hassle us, gave us time to have a good look around. Very helpful with measurements. We made a great choice, very happy with the overall service. Will definitely use them again.

Sofa delivered with a nick on one arm. Sofa glides missing and one box of cleaning materials seems very old.

The assistant that served us was absolutely amazing (sorry didn’t get his name but he supports Aston Villa ! )
He was really engaging & answered all of our questions regarding our purchase .I very rarely get service that good these days so please pass on our thanks, an absolute credit to the company !

The salesperson Kate made our visit truly special. She gave us many options and spoke through all the process from feet to sofa guard and valuable reason for it. She wasn't pressuring us and we felt her knowledge was invaluable which is why we got the extras. Whilst browsing with our children she entertained them and showed them the massage chairs that they wanted. I would recommend sofology (at least this one) as the showroom was big clear and has a wide range of sofas.

I don’t normally do long reviews but the service was brilliant and can’t recommend enough… hopefully the sofa lives up to the service we received!

They have a great choice of modern good quality furniture. We haave shopped with them before and returned to make another purchase. The sales people we have found are always helpful and knowledgable about the products they are selling. They are respectful courtesy and professional with no pressure enforced for you to buy their products

We ordered two sets of sofas with an agreed delivery date of 22 June. Unfortunately, the experience from that point onwards has been extremely disappointing.

The first sofa was not delivered until early July, and the second was only delivered in early August. Even then, the second delivery was incomplete, with one sofa still missing. To make matters worse, we have still not been given a delivery date for the outstanding items.

Throughout this entire process, the communication has been exceptionally poor. Customer service has been unable to provide clear updates, accurate delivery information, or any meaningful visibility of what is happening within your supply chain. Every interaction has felt like guesswork, with no one able to tell us when our order will actually arrive.

As customers, we have been left chasing for updates and managing repeated delays, which is simply not the level of service we expected.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. We chose Sofology expecting a premium product and service, but unfortunately neither the communication nor the delivery process has met that standard.

Based on this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future and would struggle to recommend Sofology to others.

The guy who helped us at the Leicester store was amazing! Really helpful and attentive. He was an asset to the company (apologies I can’t remember his name, but I’m sure you’ll be able to find it from my email address!)

Max was exceptionally good in explaining everything and made our experience well worth it.

Allowed to take it away. Last time got delivered and was quite damaged hassle to get a repair

My experience with your team was absolutely fantastic, especially thanks to Zainab’s outstanding customer service. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional throughout my visit.

I spent almost three hours in the store trying to decide what I wanted, and Zainab never rushed me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. She truly went above and beyond.

I also really appreciated the coffees she kindly offered me during my visit. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and I appreciated the fact that no costs were hidden. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because the order confirmation email and account details email that I was promised never arrived. I had an email regarding leaving this feedback so they got my email address correct....

Bradley was really helpful without being intrusive. He explained everything very thoroughly.

We were welcomed as we entered the Fosse Park, Leicester, branch. We were not chased by Staff trying to sell you ANYTHING!!! We made our choice and sorted the paperwork. Great purchase, even if I say so myself!! Everyone was polite and very nice. They knew their stuff as well. All nice and relaxing.

The salesman was not pushy and let us browse until we had made a decision on our purchase. Unlike yourselves who are constantly badgering me for a review.
