Sofology - Inverness Arvostelua

Friendly and extremely helpful, couldn't ask for more.

Aaron made the whole experience nice and easy without being over bearing as can sometimes be the case with sales.
Was a smooth process regardless of the technical issues with the server.

5* Aaron
Me and my partner were in store and couldn't settle on a sofa for 4 days! Aaron at the Inverness branch was so patient and helped us every step of the way until we finally choose the dream sofa for us!
Aaron made the process feel very relaxed and seamless, if you head in ask for Aaron!

Very pleasant staff, not pushy and very easy to speak to, Aaron made the experience very easy and straight forward

Really helpful staff without being pushy. They were happy to answer all my questions while giving me the time I needed to make my decisions.

As long as it all goes smoothly on the delivery day these 5 stars will stay. Ann was absolutely fantastic. She knew exactly what we wanted, worked hard to show us different options and then talked us through what we “should” buy and what we “could” buy as additional stuff. Thanks!

Aaron was very helpful &explained everything in great detail
A very pleasant young man a credit to your team

We visited the store in Inverness for the first time last weekend. We browsed without any pressure and asked one of the staff(Julie) for information about a sofa we were interested on.She answered our queries and we then set off to have a further look around. We returned to the sofa we were interested in and approached Julie for further information. She was not pushy at all and we were comfortable in proceeding to the sales process. Everything was explained clearly to us and we look forward to the arrival of our new sofa.
First class customer service.

The saleswoman, Christine, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, friendly and pleasant to deal with.
