Sofology - Inverness Arvostelua

Everything was explained, there was very little questioning required.
There was no hard sale tactics, staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff very helpful

All staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Never felt under any pressure to make a purchase. On our second visit we did place an order, which was a stress free process.

Staff were very patient helpful. & Gave good advice.

Julie was nice, did not push or follow you about the store. Which is my pet hate.
Thank you would ship again

No real issues, more information needed when electrical items are involved especially amps to a particular unit

The member of staff who helped us buy our sofa was great, she was there if you needed to ask any questions but was in the back ground as we looked around and tried many sofas

Had a great time at sofology Inverness purchasing our new sofa.
All the staff were lovely, especially Aaron who has only been in the job for a week. Really made us feel stress free and enjoyable experience

Christine at the Inverness Sofology was
Very helpful and she made purchasing a sofa a pleasure.
Many thanks Christine.

The moment we walked into the store we were greeted by cheerful and helpful members of staff who explained about the different types of sofas and left us to look around at our leisure. We returned a short time later to order our sofas and Christine was so nice and helpful she explained all the different options we could have on the sofas we chose (material, leather, and the different types of recliners that were available) she was so patient and let us take our time to make final decision. Your staff are obviously well trained and knowledgable in the products you are selling.

Lovely store and wonderful service from Sara. She was so helpful and friendly.

Great service from Christine in Sofology Inverness. She was so helpful and great to deal with 10/10.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating staff.

Went in to browse, was met by Holly, who had previously met my wife who was there with a friend. She was really good, answered our questions and offered advice and suggestions. She was really friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The other members of staff we met were also very nice. No hesitation in recommending this store if you are looking for a new sofa.

The Assistant was lovely, very good @ her job, also lovely personality. Very disappointed having to wait till end off October for the suite. Hoping yous can get it to me sooner. X

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with great choice of sofas

Just bought a suite from this store. Christine was the lady who assisted us and she was great. Very helpful, patient (it took us 2 trips!) and we didn’t feel pressurised into buying anything we didn’t want. Great service, thank you.
