Sofology - Hedge End Arvostelua

Kevin was very friendly and welcoming. Let us walk round the store unaided trying to out sofas but made sure we knew he was available. Explained how the sale range worked and what it does come with. Very helpful and friendly and great service start to finish. Thanks

Unbelievably good service! Natasha has been incredibly helpful with the purchase of my new Sofa. She took such a keen interest in my requirements and was able to offer really good advice and useful recommendations. Thank you for your time and help.

Very helpful all the info we needed was at hand

Natasha was so helpful. She listened to our requirements and took us straight to the ones that ticked the right boxes. She also suggested a couple of alter tubes that we might like to consider and we were able to then narrow it down to 2 weeks really liked. We came home and looked at the space we had in our room and returned the next day with our daughter so that she could help us make the final decision. She was not pushy but helped keep us focused! There were so many nice sofas to choose from it was hard to decide but with her advice we go there relatively fast and are thrilled with our choice.

Hedge End, Southampton Store:
Marc was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We were reassured that he was at the end of a phone if we needed any extra help or advice.
At no time did we feel pressured, Marc was happy to let us take our time and then give us as much information as we needed to complete the sale.
Thank you

Great service …. nothing we asked was too much trouble…. and the whole process was made easy and enjoyable

Sahil was very good with us today. Lots of time taken and not pushing for a sale at all. Just the right amount of support, information and professionalism. We felt very comfortable with him. Thank you Sahil.

Natasha was a great help with choosing and ordering our sofa , gave us great info on what we were getting and was able to answer all our queries about the fabric and cleaning and aftercare,

We had a great experience in Sofology Hedge End. Natasha was very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

This is the only place I would go for sofas and chairs now, No annoying pressure sales, no gimmicks, less stress than most other shops and more reliable than online. Good quality stuff too.

Great personal service
From Si at Sofology today. He patiently went through our requirements, answered our questions and helped us make the decisions and place the order.

The sales associate was very very helpful and informative. He was very patient while we took our time making a decision and was happy to anwser any questions we had.

Excellent service from Natasha when I brought my hard of hearing mother in to view. Great level of information without being pushy.
Thank you to George when placing order.

They made plenty of time for us. We didn't feel pressurized or rushed.
