Sofology - Glasgow Paisley Arvostelua

The guy we spoke to explained everything very well about the sofas and the up keep of them

Lovely sofas and chairs. Helpful staff, who are not pushy.

No pressure at the showroom. Quite a relaxing atmosphere. Great selection of sofas and the layout of the stock was briefly outlined by the staff. Once we were narrowing down our choice staff were very helpful with configuring the design, materials and colours. Good use of tech, tablets etc for getting us what we were looking for.

Brilliant experience from Kevin H at the Paisley store. Was super helpful and provided information on each sofa as we needed it but didnt hover while we tried different ones. He was knowlegable and explained the different options but at no point did we feel under pressure to buy which can be a difficult balance in that kind of sales store. A credit to the company. Thanks again.

The salesman was helpful and generally satisfactory

Excellent choice. Jane was extremely helpful whilst being professional and friendly.

The girl who dealt with me was super helpful, friendly and explained everything really well. I loved that she wasn't pushy when advising of additional products to purchase.

Me and my partner went to sofalogy paisley Glasgow today , and the service was excellent 👌🏻
Heather Ross explain every detail very well and helped us out thank you so much 😊

Fabulous choice!
Staff very helpful...mia in paisley branch could not have done more for us...she answered every question we had...very knowledgable. We were very impressed.

No hard sell, just listened and gave honest helpful advice

Cyril was so helpful and pleasant. Didn’t hassle us or follow us around which happens in a lot of stores. Explained everything about the sofa and delivery.

This was my second time buying in Sofology. Plenty of choice and very friendly Knowledgeable staff. Cyril our salesman was very clear and informative about our choice. No pushy salesmanship. Certainly recommend.

We were given a lot of help and support from Kevin H. Great service!

Fantastic service from Kevin H. He was very patient with us as we were very indecisive. He was very friendly and also good with our two kids. Great store and lots of choice.

Fantastic service, Mia and Cyril were both extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were given as much time as we needed to ask questions, check sizes, deliberate options without feeling under pressure, in fact the whole approach was to make sure we got the right thing for us. Found this a very refreshing approach compared to other shops we had been in where the sale seemed to be the priority.

We visited twice and got great service both times. No pressure to buy, just genuine offers of help and advice.
When we returned ready to make a purchase, Andy took his time talking us through all options, again no pressure, no rush, no up-selling. A really wonderful experience, thank you Andy!

Everything went smooth, very knowledgeable

Our sales exec Kevin new the range we were interested in in great detail and helped in answering our queries and was both professional and engaging throughout

This is the 3rd purchase from Sofology in Paisley store, Very helpful.
