Charlie was extremely helpful and patient when I took my indecisive wife and 2 young kids to buy a sofa. We already had sort of decided which one we wanted but Charlie didn’t try and steer us on to something more expensive. Very simple process too. Thank you!

I went to the Farnborough store and was greeted by a really pleasant young lady assistant Elle who was extremely helpful . I gave her some idea of what I was looking for and she went out of her way to help
me with the choices available . It was a tad disappointing to then find 11 weeks before delivery - apparently made in China but the frame is lifetime guaranteed

Charlie was super
Charlie was super, no hard sell, just very informative. Didn’t feel pressured at any point. Helped us make a decision based on what we were looking for. He was also very patient with us, especially when we had a baby and toddler in tow that took our attention a few times. We had to leave the first day we looked, but returned to look for him as he helped us with our decision with no influence.
