Order was easy but having a 8 to 12 week wait is not ideal.

The selection of the sofa was excellent; however, my experience with the salesperson was less than satisfactory. I perceived a lack of candor, particularly regarding her assertion of not working on commission, which her demeanor contradicted. We explicitly requested a 36-month financing agreement, yet the documentation reflected a 24-month term. Furthermore, cleaning products were added to our order without prior consultation or consent. It is imperative to meticulously review all paperwork before signing to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreed-upon terms.

I purchased an electric recliner sofa from Sofology Farnborough on 9 June, with order number. 4025098-1 it was delivered today (21/06/2026) with no power cables at all. An electric recliner is completely useless without the two power cables it is supposed to come with, so this was already unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the behaviour of the delivery team. My wife was at home during delivery and politely asked for the power cables. Instead of helping, the delivery staff were rude, disrespectful, and showed no manners whatsoever. They upset her and left without giving any explanation or solution. This is not the level of service anyone should receive, especially after paying a premium price.When my wife called Sofology customer service immediately after, the representative refused to even discuss the issue with her simply because the order was under my name. She then hung up the phone abruptly, again showing no professionalism or courtesy. Sofology charged us a lot of money for this sofa, yet: They failed to deliver essential parts (two power cables)Their delivery staff were rude and unprofessional. Their customer service showed no respect or willingness to help. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I will never use Sofology Farnborough again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience on a company that cannot deliver basic customer service or a complete product.

They competently brought the sofa into our living room, unpacked it and installed it. They were helpful, friendly and made sure the recliners worked before they left. I couldn’t ask for a better delivery.
