Sofology - Croydon Arvostelua

Gordon in purley way was really friendly and helpful, not pushy in any way. Great job

Gordon was great I already had what I wanted in the basket from another sales person who was also great but I could not remember her name he was insistent on finding her which he did and was willing to call her but she was with someone else and I was happy to have him help me. He was honest and very attentive and also informative. I was happy with my choice but he made me feel more confident in my decision.

The welcome at the store was great with soft pressure on us to discuss
Gordon was fantastic helping all the way

He explained how the business works with all of thier ethics

Impressed

Wioleta was very helpful & professional in helping me to review options & make the order. A well designed show room which made it easy to try the comfort of the sofas.

Gordon was very attentive and knowledgeable

We visited the Croydon branch, and it was lovely. It was clean and tidy and inviting.
We were not harassed by the staff but someone was available when we needed them.
Gordon helped us on the day and he was really helpful, he gave us lots of information and answed all our questions. Gordon gave us space when we needed it but was also available when we were ready.
We had a much better experience than in DFS and are so glad that we purchased from sofology.
I can highly recommend thus store and definitely Gordon for the service he provided.

Very focussed. Fully knowledgeable about the style of sofa we were looking for.

We bought our sofa from the Croydon store and had a great experience. Gordon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend both the store and Gordon’s excellent customer service.

The sales lady was very professional and helpful as I bought a sofa and answered al questions

Our assistant Gordon was very helpful. All the other staff very polite too. No pressure sales. And bought a very comfy sofa!

Amenjit was absolutely amazing! She answered all of my mother and I’s queries. She was so helpful and made the process of purchasing my new sofa so smooth and easy. What a star! Thank you soooo much

Appalling customer service. No updates available on delayed delivery.
Could be improved by easy access to track delivery.
Staff in the store are lovely and helpful when making a purchase. But once the purchase is complete there is no communication with the supplier around problems with delivery.

Great seller so far!
Wioleta showed me everything, answered all my questions, and was very patient, helpful, and kind. Communication was excellent and the whole experience has been very positive. Highly recommended!

Amen is very proactive and very good communication.

From start to finish my experience with this company was A*.
I had already seen what I wanted prior to purchasing my sofa but needed to understand more about the payment offers. This was explained to me and I was completely satisfied with the decision that I’d made.
A salesman is a salesman and they do what sales men do, but I never felt forced or rushed to make a decision. I was given the time that I needed and I appreciate that.

The store in itself is very clean and very well supported. Each section was delightfully decorated and gave me a few ideas for myself. The amount of choice you have is fantastic. It’s like candy in a sweet shop.

I really enjoyed my experience. So I definitely purchased my sofas from Sofology Croydon and I’m looking forward to their delivery in the early part of next year.

Fantastic service. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Great service from the team at the Croydon store! Can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.
