Sofology - Chester Arvostelua

We had a very good experience buying our new sofa in Chester. John was brilliant, took us through every stage and made sure we were happy before buying! John definitely made a difference with our buying experience!

Julie was very helpful and informative. Made the purchase quick and simple. This is my 4th sofa bought from the store in a short space of time to furnish my new home and that is because every member of staff has been helpful without being pushy and seem to really know the products and the delivery procedures well. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else to be honest it’s a pleasure to shop there.

Really great experience buying from Sofology. It's a good size store with plenty of sofas to try. Nic was incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly. A very efficient process.

John, the salesman, met us when we entered the shop. was friendly and around if we needed assistance. Once we had chosen the sofa we wanted he made us a drink then explained all the Ts & Cs and various add on options without the hard sell, which was appreciated.

Excellent product just what we wanted,
All explained by Nic no pushy sales great service

Friendly,polite,helpful
Really happy with our new furniture

We were approached when we first went in the store by Julia then we were left alone to browse, no pressure selling but we knew to ask if we needed more info, the first time we went we didn't know for sure which to buy so we found Julia and she gave loads of info, but didn't come across as wanting a sale, more on a going shopping with a friend kinda vibe, we returned two days later and made our purchase, fortunately for us she was working so she talked us through all the options, again no pressure. We went to other outlets and the pressure made us want to leave as soon as we walked in, the quality of the stock is also really good, if you want hassle free shopping this is the place, I'd definitely recommend.

Very helpful, all staff were really pleasant and friendly Not pushy at all .
