Sofology - Cannock Arvostelua

Sales woman was great, down to earth, lots of information given, nothing a problem. Credit to the company!

We’ve made a purchase today and no question was too much to ask. Felt completely at ease and no pressure to purchase.

Sunny was friendly, professional and informative. All in all a pleasant and hassle free experience, thank you

Lisa in your Cannock store was fabulous, talked us through everything, she went out of her way to show us the different fabrics & features of several sofa’s until we made our final choice, she made the whole experience very enjoyable, as it should be, she is a credit to your store, Thankyou Lisa & Sofology x

Jess was extremely friendly and helpful. Made the experience altogether very enjoyable.

Very good experience all round. Lisa who we went through to buy the sofa was very pleasant & professional. She knew when to give us time / space to disscuss the financial & final decision process with my partner.

Excellent staff and service

Shannon was really welcoming and very knowledgeable!

Me and my partner walked in on new years day, we were both slightly hungover but were kindly met by Minaxi who attended to all of our needs(the coffee was a lifesaver). After finding the perfect sofa we were then put through to Kimberly who was absolutely amazing and kept my partner from falling asleep on the sofa haha! She made us feel both so comfortable and answered all questions (especially the heat ring lol). Thank you again for the professional service me and partner received we both can’t wait to sink into our beautiful new sofa😝

The sales person

The Vast majority of selections and the customisation of the products. The staff were very helpful and not pushy for sale. Gave us plenty of time to have a look and decide we're very helpful with the available options.

I was more than pleased with the service received in choosing a new sofa yesterday, I think the experience was due to the assistance that we had from Shannon, she was excellent an couldn’t do enough to help us, she made suggestions an assisted us in trying several sofa configurations and wasn’t over powering but very supportive and honest an helpful.

Linda was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient, helping us to choose the sofas with the features we were looking for.

Linda the sales woman was very knowledgeable and gave great advice and help enabling us to choose the right sofa for us.

Just been in to find and buy a sofa. Kim helped us a lot and was very patient and helpful. Didn’t feel pushed or sold to at all. Thank you Kim! I can’t speak for the sofa yet, but can highly recommend the Cannock store

Great staff Sonny really helped us and was really supportive and patient.

Wasn't pressured, was left to look around and was available when we needed to purchase.
The lady really knew her stuff with regards the product and it was a very simple process to purchase.

Went several weeks before Christmas found the experience relaxed and casual. The staff were genuine and let you look around. We found our sofa and asked for help and Kim duly obliged. She was friendly, knowledgable, professional and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We didn’t want to purchase there and then and Kim was not pushy and kept all the information for a return visit. We went in today asked for Kim who again couldn’t have been more of a help in ordering our sofa and reiterated all the information to ensure we ordered exactly what we wanted. Also there was an offer on so the final price was less than previously quoted. Thanks Kim great service.

Very friendly staff without being overpowering - offered a drink as soon as we went into the shop - showed us everything we asked for
Thank you Sunny

Shannon was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we came to our decision
