Our sales team person, Tai at Bristol Cribs Causeway Sofology was brilliant, friendly, human knowledgeable. No hard sell and super helpful

Everything was perfect, the coffee was good and the attendant was super patient..

Very friendly and helpful staff, store smells beautiful and it was a pleasure to make a purchase with you all

Easy, helpful and honest service
Explained well about the products before purchasing

Fantastic service, extremely helpful staff.
Nicola was brilliant.

Sales staff were polite amd attentive, there was no pressure put upon us. The order was reviewed with us prior to completion to ensure it was correct. All in all a pleasant expirience, thank you.

Vanessa in the Bristol, Patchway branch is a credit to the brand.

Super helpful, super cheerful and really looked after us.

I rarely leave ratings, but Vanessa needs recognition. I was so impressed that I was even thinking about how well my company would do with Vanessa on our team.

We do not know Vanessa, we have not been paid to write this :D

She is awesome, thank you!!!

- Just to add, we ordered the same sofa that Vanessa has herself and instead of spending the £1800 we intended to at DFS next door, where the staff are not a patch on yours, we ended up spending £3000 for something that we KNOW we are going to love and something Vanessa was confident we would too. She even showed us her sofa in her home on her tablet.

Have we mentioned Vanessa at this point? :D:D

Saw what we liked and then ordered via Kayleigh Blyth all simple and professional

Great knowledgeable staff, very polite and professional

Very good service from Nicola @ Bristol cribbs causeway store.

We had an absolutely great experience at Sofology.
There was no hard sell, which is something I hate, but there was someone there if we wanted to ask questions.
I loved the fact that once you'd looked around and fancied a sofa, all details were emailed to you so you could go away, measure your room and have a think if it was right for you.
We can't wait for our new sofa to arrive!!!

The lady that helped us with our sofa at Bristol Cribbs Causeway her name was Tai. She was very helpful and a joy to speak too.

The salesman was excellent. We were allowed time to browse the store, then we were helped with our purchase once we had made our choice.
Fantastic. Thank you

The manager and Vanessa were very help and went out their way to assist us. The service provided was excellent nothing was to much trouble

The store was very welcoming and well laid out, and the store assistant Nicola, was extremely helpful. There was no stress or pressure and the whole purchasing experience was pleasant. The range of sofas was very good.

We had a look around the local stores. We came back to this store as Mags was so helpful and polite, a real pleasure to deal with

Really impressed with the showroom with plenty of options.
Matt the salesman was helpful but left us to check out all the different styles.
Very happy with the experience.

The show room had brilliant staff which talked through all pros and cons on a wide variety of sofas and then ordered online once visited all other avenues,

The sales team were very knowledgeable and relaxed we felt no pressure to buy unlike other furniture outlets we visited the same day. This was the main reason we bought at sofology

We had a fantastic experience at Sofology in Cribbs Causeway thanks to Joy! She was incredibly helpful—giving us all the information we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Joy made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and we really appreciated her friendly and professional approach. Thank you, Joy!
