Sofology - Bolton Arvostelua

Super easy and efficient ordering. I thought that I would have to come into store to use a friends and family discount code but it was all dealt with online / over the phone. Kelly was great. Thank you!

Also, no pressure to buy in store either. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

I had to cancel and you were good refunded my deposit .thank you

Absolutely excellent staff

Bought a sofa today and I was served by Ash.
First of all, the service given by ASH was exceptional, he wasnt pushy and left me to pick and choose, and once I had decided on the sofa I wanted, he spent time to help me with the sizing and also helped me understand the cleaning and care requirements.
He was the epitome of first class service.
excellent excellent excellent.
I would definitely recommend Sofology Bolton in particular. if you are local and are looking for a new suite, then get yourselves along to Sofology.
10 out of 10.

All of the staff are helpful without being at all pushy. This makes for a much more relaxing and pleasant shopping experience!

Really friendly staff, helpful but not in your face. They were great with my young daughter and kept her entertained while we signed for the sofa. The process was very smooth and Ellie was great, looking forward to getting our new sofa. A lot of great options to choose from!

My experience was great i am 67 and sometimes feel the internet a bit i hard to get my head round

Good selection & nice quality sofa’s, no pressure sales but Harrison was very informative and non-prejudiced in steering us towards the cost of various options. We took time to decide & were happy to purchase.

All the staff were superb in answering all of the questions I asked them and exceptionally polite

A friendly informative discussion led to an easy decision.

The staff and Sofology Bolton, Laura and Harrison, were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helpful. They knew all about the sofas and gave us plenty of advice regarding a possible purchase. We were then given time to consider our options with no sense of pressure. Their relaxed and courteous manner, together with the exceptional deal, created the trust enabling us to go ahead with our purchase. They are both a credit to the organisation.

John was very professional and knowledgeable about the sofas we were buying

We chose the most beautiful reclining sofa with matching 2 seater & chair at the Bolton Middlebrook Sofology store today, assisted by Ellie who was so friendly, helpful & made us feel so welcome with a cup of coffee too! All the staff were lovely & we felt comfortable finding the right sofa for us, without any pressure to buy, but once we’d made our choice, ordering was a very straight forward process. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience!

Great service and advice by John at the Bolton middlebrook store. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service and very professional, she answered all my questions and explained things very clearly.

Noshin was absolutely the best sales person I have come across she had helped us for hours at a time and we ended up buying a sofa for double what we was thinking because of how good her service was another sales person tried to intrude saying we are not on commission I will deal with you once she was away from us which we didnt like. But thank u again noshine

A really great experience and customer servie provided by Ellie (on Monday 2nd March) and then John (on 6th March). Really knowledgeable, helpful and informative. Thank you very much!

Thankyou for great service from Harrison and Hakim , no question was one too many . They were happy to wonder the shop to show each fabric colour displayed on a sofa. Appreciated the guidance without pressure. Thank-you

I stopped by the store about an hour before closing, and the two staff members were absolutely fantastic! They took the time to answer every single question I had and made sure we were completely happy and confident before making any purchases.

They were also incredibly kind and patient with my 14-month-old, which meant so much to us. It’s not often you come across service that thoughtful and genuine.

A huge thank you to Noshin and Harrison for going above and beyond — we truly appreciate your help 5 star

Ellie gave great customer service, she was friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
