Sofa Clearance Outlet Arvostelua 

I got a brand new in original packaging corner sofa originally from sofology (I believe last one of the stock un sold) for £400, (I also got extra 10% on eBay making it £360, +100 delivery) originally priced at £2400 in sofology previously. I am honestly soo happy with the purchase, communication and delivery on schedule, infact two weeks earlier than quoted on ebay. 5 star service and 5 star product. I was sceptical with some of the negative reviews but I will definitely be using this again in future and telling everyone I know to do the same. Thanks soo much

From start to finish was great

I found what I wanted on their website, and phoned to make sure that the sofas were available because on Sofology's site the ones I wanted were showing as available but they actually weren't when I phoned them.
The delivery team called and asked for a convenient date from a couple of choices. On the delivery day, the driver called me and updated me regarding the time. All very helpful.
There is a small scuff on the corner of one of the sofas, but I understood that they were both ex-display. I'm not going to worry about that.
Good products, good prices, excellent communication.

Visited the showroom after viewing suite's online, very impressed with the choice of couches and chairs displayed in the showroom. Made welcome by the staff then left to browse around at our leisure. Eventually chose a couch and accent chair then approached staff member who was exceptionally pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery of our couch and chair was extremely quick, as within the week, kept updated on delivery and the delivery people where brilliant, very courteous, cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend friends and family who are looking for a new suite to visit the showroom it's definitely value for money and the sales team don't hassle you. Overall excellent service.

Purchase of discontiued Sofology Ziggy chair to match my sofa and other chair bought directly from Sofology, but at a reduced cost.

We purchased two sofas from this company. We were kept up to date with delivery times etc and the delivery was very quick within two week of ordering . The help team were also very prompt in dealing with any queries along the way. We had no issue in our request to return within the 14 day period and a refund was given in a very timely manner.

Went to sofology outlet in Warrington who had a fantastic choice of sofas at great prices, Carl had an amazing knowledge of all the stock and gave us great advice in finding the perfect sofas for our house. Good price and good delivery

The delivery was problematic did not arrive on the day booked, poor communication from the delivery staff who failed to give us the time slot, but phoned at 5.30 to say they have been called back to the depot. The next day we were promised a delivery by 13.00 but it came at 16.00

Chair as advertised but at a fraction of the store price.

Really lovely sofa, glad I found it at a clearance price but a little annoying the fabric was obviously worn in some places, which had not been disclosed in photos. The cushions were visibly warped on one side. The delivery guys were fantastic though and really respectful to my very narrow corridor

Just want to say thank you to Phil, I ordered two sofas and missed measured and needed to cancel my order. I emailed and Phil got back to me very quickly and refunded straight away. I’m definitely going to order from here when the right sofa comes up. Great service
