Don't buy from them it's a con I got my sofa on Friday the 18th of November it's not the same one I saw on line it's for a bolls house it's to small to sit on u fall of it I can't afford to lose money but I didn't sign for them to keep my money

They then blocked my phone number, and won't respond to emails, texts or messages on Facebook. They delete all bad reviews on their Facebook page. BUYER BEWARE!!! If they had zero stars I would give zero - I paid full price for a sofa that is unusable without the cushions with no hope of a resolution!
22 April confirmed order July 13 no Suite yet
22 April i got my confirmed order and i was told 3days to five weeks delivery time. at end of May instead of my deliver date i get a phone call to say there was a delay and it would be 15th June now for delivery on the 15th June i get a phone call to say it got damage while loading on the truck a delay of another week,,10 days later yet another phone call to say it about your delivery on 4 to 10th August will you be home to receive it when i questioned why i keep getting put off she denied my payment date then denied i had been put off at all the denied it had been damaged while loading and she is now say due to Covid19 they did not have my fabric in stock to make my suite in the first place ...so they took my money in April when the knew they could not make my suite. It is now July 13th and still no suite and we have had to two pensioners have had to sit on garden chairs in the lounge from end of May as we had to move out our old suite thinking we were getting our new one

Horrible people!!!! Sofa is peeling off. They told me it's my fault, then blocked me on Facebook and messenger. Payed £800 for it cash in hand. AVOID!!!
We received the wrong sofa
We received the wrong sofa. The delivery drivers who delivered the sofa were not following any Covid rules. They were so quick we did not get the chance to check. We noticed after ten mins and called the drivers straight away who told us they would let the boss know. We tried emailing, calling and Facebook messenger. No response. It wasn’t until I started commenting on their pictures on Facebook that I got a response. They admitted the fault and agreed to pick up the wrong sofa and give us a full refund. I was assured we would get a text to confirm a time. No text ever arrived and neither did the delivery drivers. They have now blocked me on Facebook and won’t respond to any emails.
I would avoid at all costs dealing with this company, they ask you to pay in cash for a reason. I am now seeking legal action and have reported them to trading standards.

Received our sofa 16/05/2021 - We're based on a Chalet site, there was another customer who had purchased from the same company. Our sofa had ended up in another person's chalet. The delivery driver had then told us that the sofa was a different colour to what we had ordered (We had ordered GEOFF Black & Grey SofaBed) the sofa that arrived was two toned grey which did not go with our decor. We had waited for this sofa for three weeks, extremely excited to receive it. We had thrown out our previous sofa. I had explained to the delivery guys this is not what we ordered, and he then got his Manager on the phone. She said we would have to wait a further three weeks for another sofa (Given the such bad reviews - we knew we would not be getting this sofa in three weeks) We decided to accept this on the basis we had no other sofa to sit on, I was not willing to pay the full price of £450. So we got the sofa for £100! Please please, if this happens to you DO NOT pay the FULL price.
The delivery drivers were also rude, sighing as if it was our fault that the wrong colour had been delivered to us. I would not recommend this company, please do not purchase!

I brought sofa a year ago. It broke within a few months. They came out tied it together with one of their shoelaces and said they would order part and come back. I have now had just over a year I have phoned them and messaged them but they will not answer. It’s disgraceful. I would never ever buy from this company.
Peeling off after a 4 years using 😪
I ordered an eco leather sofabed from them a 4 years ago. Was very happy with my order-sofa and bed itself are very comfy and big , customer service and delivery. Recommended to everyone, but now after 4 years using it, the sofa and one of the pillow started peeling off. Got in touch with them via email, no reply, via messanger - no reply, via phone, guess what? No reply! I tried to write a comment on their Facebook page but they never answered and now they blocked me, so can't comment anymore. I only wanted to buy a new cushion cover and get my sofa repaired to my own cost on the most used part, which I was willing to pay for . But even though that I would like to pay and never complained as their warranty is only a year, they still can't be bothered. AVOID!!!

Very fast delivery, 3 weeks! Fast delivery, friendly delivery drivers, they have set up my sofa in less then 10 minutes. Best option to pay is cash on delivery, very convenient. Sofa is in amazing condition, well made. I would recommend to everyone. Also the prices are so affordable. Delivery charge is bit high but understandable.

Bad company with bad customer service!
I wish i could give this company a negative star but theres no options.
I ordered a sofa bed on the 27/04/2020, delivery was estimated was 3.5 weeks. Delivery day has come and they were an hour late with no update. They came and they were rushing and was throwing the packaging in a big mess.
The sofa bed look nice and firm.. now this sofa has got me and my whole family itching! My children got itchy spots showing on their body, burnt looking scabs on their heads. And mind you this never happened before and the only new thing in my house was that sofa!
I have contacted the company several times via calls with no answer, facebook messenger with no response, i commented on one of the post on facebook and they blocked me from commenting, i also left a lot of emails with all i recieved was "dont let the children lay naked on the sofa and will contact you 2-3 days for pick up delivery.. twice!!". No costumer service!!
I am now in the process waiting for a reply again, giving you 48 hours to get back to me or else id be taking this to trading standards!
I want my full pay refund and this sofa gone!

Sofa has arrived late.the guys were in rush to put my sofa together and left a huge messe behind them.when they left i realized the sofa damaged on the side.literally called them straight away.no answer.2mins later got a message says we cant answer so can you text me? What kind of customer service this? So i messaged them the sofa damaged.they gave me and email that i can message.sent and email straight away.no reply for 2days.so i mailed them again.finally got an answer.basicaly they said i have enough time to check the sofa so they wash their hands.if i want a new part it will be £40pounds! What kind of joke is that??

Massive let down from the company
Massive let down from the company. Sofa end panel fell off just after 2 weeks. When I asked for it to be fixed, they said they had nobody available in the area and they will let me know when they can repair it. Calling, texting and fb messaging them on several occasions, 20 days gone past and still have not heard from them. Customer service is below expectations and quality of the product is rubbish. AVOID!!!!!
Christmas Day purchase
We are extremely pleased with our purchase from sofas 4u, we bought a 2 seater and 3 seater chesterfield sofas from them. We were very impressed with the sofas. They are very comfortable, and v. Smart. The gentlemen who delivered the sofas were very polite and very efficient. These were an impulse purchase, rather than something we had planned, especially on Christmas Day, which we find rather amusing.
