I bought a machine on Amazon and I tough it wasn't working. I bought directly on the Sodastream Web site. The morning after I realized that I did not insert the gaz botte the right way. I asked for a refund and the person treated my request immediatly.

I had mistakenly ordered Ginger Ale instead of Diet Ginger Ale for my wife (on Labour Day so no support was available). I sent in an email and the next morning I got a quick response. Michel was outstanding to deal with. She immediately understood my mistake and concern and put me at ease. She explained she could retrieve my order even though it had started through the shipping process, credit my credit card, then provide an order with the right Diet Ginger Ale. All in all a very pleasant experience!

She was professional, knowledgeable and very patient as I tried to connect via the video link to show what was happening with my machine and was able to offer an alternative way for me to provide that information. I was pleased with the result that a replacement e-Terra machine would be provided.

What an organised company. I ordered my replacement cylinders from Amazon which was a mistake because I had ordered the wrong size and they couldn't be returned. I called SodaStream and they immediately exchanged the wrong sized cylinder for the correct ones for no charge. Their support was super polite and helpful. I have to add my wife loves her SodaStream!
