This company is selling cheap dropship goods from China for a sizable markup. My order took 5 weeks to arrive and was very poor quality. Cheap materials, and one leg of the pants was longer than the other. The return experience was difficult with poor customer service. Ultimately I was told I would have to ship the return to China or accept a 20% refund.

Total rip off! I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my 2 children for xmas & paid $20 for "express shipping". 3+ WEEKS later I receive ONE sweatshirt, which was poor quality. Surprisingly, my kids liked the sweatshirt but when I asked to have the 2nd sweatshirt sent that I paid for, Soco Hoodies tells me that I have to send pictures of the packing slip - of course there is no packing slip, so I direct them to my receipt and their tracking number, showing the weight of the package. I receive a computer-generated response, with the same request for pics of the packing slip that never existed - nobody even read my email or tried to give me what I paid for. An endless loop of NOT standing behind their product and ripping off customers. I would never order anything from this company again!

I tried to buy the 'shark blanket' for my wife. It was advertised as "one size fits all" but when it arrived it (about 4 weeks later) was clearly made for a child. I tried to initiate a return process but the customer service rep said they "stand by" their product and only offered a 5% discount. I would not recommend this store, you can find the same products for better prices and with better customer service elsewhere.

I ordered a Halloween costume for my child. The delivery estimate was October 27. The item arrived Nov 14. I contacted their customer service, and the email bounced. I tried again and got a reply that they were offering me a 10% discount on my order. I declined this and asked for return instructions (the website says you have to email them to get return instructions). They said I can only return within 30 days of the order date -- since the item did not arrive until more than 30 days from, this essentially means you cannot return items. So, my advice is to steer clear of them.

I ordered the waffle zip pajama set and it is not as advertised. As a matter of fact, they are using Aerie's advertisement to sell their own products which are completely different than advertised. The quality is bad. Loose threads. Not the same material they state on their website. It's an entirely different knock-off. They also did not sent me an order confirmation number. No confirming paperwork in the package either.

Ordered a costume hoodie on 10/22. Paid $19.99 for expedited shipping for Halloween. It arrived on 11/7. I emailed - they don't have a phone - on 11/2, 11/8, 11/9, 11/10, and twice on 11/13 to try get answers on a refund. But they've now moved their shipping to China and they'd rather just offer me 20% of the purchase price, LOL. Don't, just don't. Such a pain.

I ordered a costume for my son for Halloween on or about Oct 17 from socohoodie.com. I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. I never received a confirmation email and when I emailed them on Oct 19 to enquire about my shipment they took three days to respond and informed me it could take 7 days to process my order. After multiple emails I have now learned on Oct 30 that my order has finally processed and is shipping from China.

Shady business that misrepresents their shipping capabilities. Their customer support is terrible and takes days to respond. Read their fine print. I strongly recommend against doing business with this company.

I placed an order on December 9th, 2022 and never received it. The company has not answered a single email I have sent. They don't respond to the contact request form on their website. They also delete negative reviews from their site. This company is a scam.
