Socialmediafamous Arvostelua

I got the email today, luckily I found this website (after replying it was the correct email address 🤦🏼‍♀️) I’m glad I didn’t Easter my money.

100% scam. Took my money then ghosted me on getting anything done. Not even a Reply to my emails. I would loan a screen shot and I don’t think it lets me

damn guys I opened the mail and did the process and now im reading you... im quite scared because idk what is gonna happen, can somebody help?

I got the same email as everyone else, but decided to investigate further. They do have legitimate social media, websites, and the like, but when you sign up on their website, they do require you to pay $2.95 for their services. Under no circumstances should anyone ever have to pay for followers or sponsorship. Total scam.

I received the same email as everyone else here.

Sure, all the "brands" are just dying for me to tell my mere 200 followers about them...

"Hello there,
I hope your are having a great day! I happened to come across you on Instagram and wanted to check if you would be interested in collaborating on some paid shoutouts with some brands. Is this still the best way to contact you?

Hi there,

Hope you're having a great week! I just came across you on Instagram and wanted to see if you’d be interested in collaborating on some sponsored shoutouts with some brand partners.

Is this still a good way to reach you?

Hi, thanks for getting back.

We're currently looking for brand ambassadors to join as an influencer on our platform Social Media Famous. We have brands and advertisers on our platform who may be interested in influencers to collaborate with, such as yourself, so I wanted to reach out.

As an ambassador on our platform, you'll have access to brands who have worked with influencers of all sizes, in exchange for free products/services, and/or paid sponsorships and promotions. We take absolutely no fees from your commission and we're always adding new brands every day.

If you're interested in joining as an ambassador to brands, you can apply here, and get started right away. Let me know if you have any trouble with this, and I'll work to get you approved asap.

Thanks again for getting back and if you have any questions about this or anything else, feel free to reach out.

Best,

I was very suspicious from the beginning, as I am a small instagram artist. I in no way attract a lot of attention to my account, I just post here and there, so it was quite weird for me. I read these reviews and was quick to report it as spam.

Stay safe ❤

Of course it's scam, I got the exact same email as the ones written here. Also, "Social Media Famous"? such a pretty lame brand/company name lol. Sounds plain wrong right off the bat, people are not that naive, y'know.

I received the same exact email. Something about it smelled like SCAM. I responded and then thought about it, then sent it to spam.

Hopefully I didn’t open a virus

As soon as i read the email I sniffed something was wrong. I checked and luckily i found this page. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK AND DONT TRUST ANYONE. The email was:

Hey there,

I hope your are having an awesome day! I recently came across you on Instagram and I wanted to see if you’d be open to partnering on some paid posts with a few partners.

Is this still the best way to get in touch with you?

Got suspicious and landed here. No plans of responding, but if you did, what did they ask from you?

Total scam. Received the following email today:

Do not trust or respond because they will scam you out of money.

This is a total scam. Emails my company wanting to do a "collab". They did not research the nature of our business nor do they check the country we are located in.

"Social Media Influence" is a marketing technique used for new brands, particularly FMCG, beauty products etc. It does not apply to all industries.

I wouldn't be surprised if they contact funeral parlours in Madagascar offering influencers to do paid social media posts. It's that dire the level of research they do.
