Snuffle and Swim Arvostelua

I ordered this product because it showed as available in stock, but after several days my order was suddenly cancelled. The explanation was an “issue with stock management software” but that’s not my problem. Total waste of time! If something is not available, it shouldn’t be listed as in stock

Friendly, knowledgeable business. Quality products at great prices.
Great atmosphere ran by pet lovers

Absolutely love coming to this place the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Nothing is ever a “chore”.
I wouldn’t want to take my buisness anywhere else. Fantastic team

Brilliant staff

We went in yesterday for some advice about Koi transportation, pond suitability etc.The young man who helped us was unbelievably helpful, despite us popping in several times for reassurance and clarification on a couple of things.
We were not there to buy anything either, but nonetheless he was more than happy to help.(We did end up buying some doggy treats on the way out though - what a huge selection)

Only bought fish food today but had a look at the fish, great selection. Staff friendly and helpful

Helpful and great stock available

Great place to go, to stock up on all our natural treats for our dogs great selection of fish
And all the staff are really nice and friendly and full of knowledge

Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable.

The aquatic room is amazing.
I’ve had tropical fish for many years and have visited dozens of places selling tropical fish but have never seen a set up like this one. The tanks are super clean and not overstocked with fish.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I fully recommend them and give them 5*.
One very happy customer.

Nice and friendly and explained what fish were best to put in our tank

Came across the shop on Facebook. Went to have a look, impressed with the variety of tropical fish/shrimps and everything you could think of for your tanks at reasonable prices. Worth the travel and will be returning. Spends time with you and gives advice when asked to try and help.

Great lads with lots of advice and only to willing to help.

Customer service non existent on faulty goods
It was only few pounds and not worth their bother i suppose ...great pity... totally dismissed at first contact and no response to further emails..Disappointed to say the least.

The staff are really friendly and happy to help with any questions/queries. There is a good range of livestock and equipment at reasonable prices.

Great knowledgeable customer service. Large selection of stock. All the aquariums lovely and clean with healthy fish. Nice selection of natural dog treats and the option if certain foods are not stocked, desired foods can be ordered in. Thankyou

Sadly sent food products that were more than a year out of date which was disappointing but immediately processed my refund on being made aware of the issue.

Always helpful, knowledgeable friendly staff. Great selection of natural dog treats

We have used Snuffle & Swim on a number of occasions and the experience has always been brilliant. The staff are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They have amazing fish and display tanks, great for some aqua scaping inspiration.
