Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, lovely fish, lots of variety

Really friendly and experienced team, willing to spend the time helping you make the right decisions when buying fish.

We were stunned by the huge aquarium section when we visited the store for the first time. There is a huge selection of fish, plants and tank accessories and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We found out about snuffle and swim by chance via a Facebook advert and thought we would pay the store a visit.
When we first entered the store we were wondering if we had come to the right place as it looked more of a traditional pet store without the aquarium section, we very nearly walked back out thinking we had come to the wrong store, but dont be like us and nearly miss out, make sure you go to the black door at the back of the store and enter, we nearly missed it and we glad we didnt as there was so much to look at and we will definitely be returning. 5*

Members of my family all use this shop both for aquarium needs and pet supplies. Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any Q's you may have. Lovely set ups with healthy fish.

Very friendly and helpful staff who have an in depth knowledge of all the fish that are stocked, cannot recommend them highly enough

Great customer service and offer lots of advice and excellent range of fish and products

Always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Always having my dog food on hand when needed

Ordered 6 carpets of grass and they came and they were great. I will probably order more given the thickness and quality.

Excellent choice. And staff are so friendly and helpful

The 2 gents that were there when i arrived were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They didnt try to oversell to me and were more than forthcoming with advice. Will definitely be using this place for my fishkeeping needs. Highly recommend.
