Damaged upon delivery
This may be not a fault of your doing but when receiving my helmet. 2 boxes were damaged and water damaged to them. Had leaked on the helmet bag and helmet. I want happy with the smell that came with it was airing out my house for hours. Royal mail delivered it like this and now Im questioning is the helmet damaged. Didn't complain as it may not have been your fault but I am worried about the helmets Integrity

Bad communication
Order did not arrive within the advertised delivery time, emailed and made several attempts to contact with no reply. Only got a reply once I said I wanted to cancel the order. Very poor communication and customer service, agreed to have the item and was very happy with the product. Probably won't use again sorry
