I have been your customer for more than 10 years. I still cannot make online payment because you cannot accept credit card not base in EU. I guess you should have many customers outside Europe. It would be much more convenient if you can take cards from all over the world.

Die Website von SnowTrex IE (snowtrex) könnte übersichtlicher und intuitiver gestaltet sein. Buchungen sind möglich, können jedoch von der Unterkunft aufgrund fehlender Verfügbarkeit abgelehnt werden. Positiv ist die hilfreiche Auskunft zu Einzelzimmern, dennoch bleiben Zweifel für zukünftige Anfragen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut, aber die hohen Stornierungsgebühren wirken leider abschreckend. Drei Sterne.

All good for us except that again Website heavily relies on tech which is disabled by most Firefox/Linux users - Had to use my Windows VM to make the booking work.

Buenas tardes para empezar aclarar que soy un cliente ya desde hace años ,suelo además ir con mucha gente desde España. El problema está en que a pesar de hacer la reserva dentro del horario de crazy booking night,(en España fuera de vuestro horario de oficina)creo que no se ha aplicado el descuento. Mirando bien después entiendo que son unas estaciones en concreto en unas fechas en concreto pero a pesar de leer los términos esto no sale aclarado en ningún sitio, he intentado ponerme en contacto por email pero de momento no tengo respuesta.
si he recibido unos emails de confirmación de la reserva que ya he pagado.Otros años me enviabais códigos pero está vez no he sabido hacerlo con la crazy night.

Lamentamos que haya habido discrepancias durante la Crazy Booking Night. Como ya le hemos comentado por teléfono, la oferta de la Crazy Booking Night no suele aplicarse a todo nuestro catálogo, sino a determinados alojamientos o regiones. La oferta que seleccionó no estaba incluida. Las ofertas de la Crazy Booking Night se reducen directamente en el proceso de reserva, no hay código de bonificación.
