First order got lost in transit

First order got lost in transit. Got a free reorder, and asked specifically that it would be tracked, and if not I didn’t want it. It was sent without tracking, again. Got 2 parcels that time, one with 18 of the 300 pictures I ordered, and second with all of the pictures. So had to pay double amount of customs charge/postal fees, it ended up being twice more expensive in the end for terrible service. Will not order again. Quality of the pictures is okay but could be better.

Really good quality.

Really good quality.
Perfect customer service. We had to contact them because one of our two orders was lost in the post, they resent the order in a couple of days, no questions asked.
I just took out one star because the final image on the magnet order is unfortunately a bit blurry.. compared to some magnets gotten through cewe, the title we added to the image is almost unreadable..

Ordered a personalised calendar

Ordered a personalised calendar, the paper was too heavy when hanging for the hook and ripped the hole in which it is to hang, very disappointing as had paid a lot of money for it considering it was a calendar.
