Snapfish Ireland Arvostelua 

Ordered from them once and had a seamless experience (qulaity of the product was good and delivery came early) so I ordered again recently. My order was dispatched 10 days ago and still no sign of it.

The only option to contact customer service is via live chat. Live chat prompts you to log in, but only via email and password -there is no way to log in if you originally created your account via Google SSO. Any emails from them are 'no-reply'. Their Instagram hasn't been updated in a year, so not expecting a reply there. How are customers supposed to get support? I would appreciate a reply.

Excellent photos and service

Quick delivery on photographs. They were high quality. It was great to get those memories printed otherwise I might just delete them off my phone. Great service.

I have ordered the photo magnets 2 months ago and still awaiting some response. The website has no email - has am option to create your own log in to get further information which does not work. Seems like a scam if you asked me. Scary that you send family pictures to a company that has access to them.....

Placed my order on 3 August. By 13 August, nothing had arrived. No order, no proper update, no sign that my photos had ever intended to leave the building.

When I contacted Snapfish, I got the usual “shipping delay” excuse and had to request a refund.

Delays happen. Taking someone’s money and then leaving them chasing an order that never turns up is something else entirely.

At this point, I wouldn’t trust Snapfish with a postcard. They were very efficient at taking the payment, considerably less efficient at providing the actual product I paid for.

So, in summary: money taken, goods not received, customer left to chase, excuse supplied.

If you enjoy paying for absolutely nothing, Snapfish have really nailed the business model.

I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

Quick simple and useful to ge the pictures off the phone

Worst app I've ever used in my entire life. Spend an hour picking photos to upload to snapfish so I can print only for it to disconnet and force me to reselect all the photos again. After trying for the second time I get a warning that some photos failed to upload and I have to reconnect my google acount in order to print my photos but theres no option anywhere to do this. Complete waste of time I wouldn't recommend snapfish to anyone.

Disappointment not true to word
Before I ordered the card I was told that I would receive it on Father's Day. I even had an email to say that then a day or two later I was told it wouldn't be received until the Tuesday after Father's Day. I tried to contact them. There's no contact details I tried to log into my account, it wouldn't allow me login. I even tried to talk to an agent online but again it wouldn't let me do it unless I could sign into my account.
I feel that they should have a customer representation without having to sign into an account as there is no other way to get onto them very disappointment with this service.

I got an email an email to give feedback where I left the above comment and got an email basically saying there blocking it ,which is a bit strange.

Absolutely shocking service. I waited two weeks for my passport photos, and they never arrived. When I asked where my order was, they had no idea. No tracking number, no explanation, nothing.
Their solution? Wait another two weeks for a replacement. And they proudly told me they wouldn't charge extra shipping fees. Why would I pay extra to replace an order that never arrived because of your mistake?
I've already paid for my photos, and nobody can even tell me where they are. The whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
Save yourself the hassle and don't order from this company. If you actually want to receive what you paid for, look elsewhere.

I placed an order with Snapfish for some photo's. I received an email to say my order would be delivered on June 24th. Still no sign of it up to today and no way of finding any contact details on their website to get in touch with them.

Extremely disappointing experience with Snapfish.

I ordered custom framed prints and waited for delivery, only to discover after contacting customer service that Snapfish had never actually produced the order. Nobody informed me of this; I had to chase them to find out. Once the mistake was discovered, I was told that a replacement would need another two weeks to be manufactured.

The problems did not end there. The replacement was then shipped from the United Kingdom. At no point during the ordering process was it clearly disclosed that the order would be dispatched from outside the EU and become subject to import duties and customs clearance procedures in Spain.

As a result, I was forced to spend more than five hours dealing with Spanish customs, repeatedly submitting documents and correcting rejected forms. To finally receive the goods, I had to pay €74.98 in customs duties, VAT, clearance and handling charges.

This entire situation arose because Snapfish failed to produce the original order in the first place. Had the order been fulfilled correctly, I would not have suffered the delay, the customs problems, or the additional costs.

Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company resolves them. In my case, Snapfish's error ended up costing me significant time, frustration, and money.

I cannot recommend Snapfish based on this experience.

Absolute scam. I paid and delivery was confirmed for 9 June. No photos arrived. Cannot log in/sign in to site as it says my email is invalid. Pics were for an exhibition. I am absolutely furious, out of pocket and will never trust these guys again.

Good news! Your order #47231000321610 has been sent this order never arrived and my email enquiring where it was never got acknoledged,very disapointing needed these pictures for a school project very disapointed,order was placed on june 1st,conformation on june 2nd saying order processed,up until today ive heard nothing.

Always love getting items from Snapfish. Their calendars are always to a very high quality and they are very enjoyable to make. There are various colours and designs to choose from. I find the canvases are of a high quality and look very nice.

Lost my order....twice

Missed out on giving 2 separate people photo albums for events because of this company - please do not be fooled by the massive discounts they offer.

I would not recommend this company. They sent my photos to a random address in a different country , I only know this because I had to waste so much time contacting them telling them my photos hadn’t arrived. They then said they resent them to my address a week ago. I haven’t received the photos. I didn’t even receive a refund or a sorry, I’m not happy about pictures of my kids being sent to a random address and their communication is not good. I won’t be using them again.
