Snapfish Ireland Arvostelua 

Still waiting on my order which was made nearly two weeks ago. I intend to make more photo albums but I need to see what kind of job they do first, if my order ever arrives. Every other company I ordered from delivered when they said they would . i ordered other pictures from an irish company and it took three days.

Order lost in the post. Never arrived. Paid for postage and was sent with no tracking. Order was intended as a present. Customer service said they would send again but will arrive 2 weeks later ie; not on time. Not great!

Every book is of the highest quality. Always a pleasure to place an order and to receive it in the right time frame as promise.

Order never arrived, no recourse to find out about delivery etc.

Had really bad experience… order two foto books on 28/04/2026 supposed to received it on 09/05/2026….not a sign…when got in touch with customer support i was offered to reorder ( delivery end of May) or cancel. I reorder as I put too much work in these two books, otherwise it would be cancel…no refunds for delivery or for order as it was their mistake…disappointed…

I’ve been using Snapfish for years now. Love the calendars and the quality of the photos. They have excellent deals on all the time. My kids love looking at the actual photos rather than looking at them on phones etc. I always use them if I want to print my photos. Delivery times are good also.

Ordes were discounted. However, discounts could only be applied to one item. Despite ordering together they have issued separately incurring 2 fees. The 6 mug was now 13 plus packing. Packing is more than the effin mug.. nearly 20 euro.. seem to be irish based so why so dear to Dublin.. not yet received so hope worth it. The inital post and packaging was far dearer than indicated.

I had a really great experience with Snapfish, especially when it came to their customer service. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and well-handled. I had a small issue with my order, and their support team responded quickly, were genuinely helpful, and resolved it without any hassle.

Very handy service, delivery can be a bit slow. But prints are always high quality, and very cost effective
