Photos came out with blue hue in the background. They said that they would replace them. They did but the blue hue was still in them.

I ordered playing cards it asked if I wanted to add a border, then when they printed them the border doesn’t go fully around the image. It would have been better without or with a full one but instead I paid €20 for this middle thing that looks terrible. I also ticked that I wanted no marketing emails at all and had to unsubscribe multiple times within days.

My order is 10 days late. This can happen but I am unable to get help. Tracking link in the order email does not work. Support chat in their website does not work. No support email address is provided. How are customers supposed to ask for support?

Update: eventually chat worked and support issued a replacement order. Thanks for your help.

Excellent customer service with ordering custom mugs for our work. They turned out great, exactly as I'd designed on the website. One mug broke in transit, however, so I reached out to Snapfish about this and sent them photo evidence of the damage. They acknowledged that the postal service was at fault, and sent a replacement out immediately with no extra charge.

I had such a great experience with Snapfish. I really like the ease of using their website. I love their sales and prices, but most of all the product is of such good quality.

Snapfish are fantastic. Anything I have ordered from them were superb. Easy to order and prompt delivery. Very satisfied

The colour and quality of the photographs is terrible and not representative of the original images. Had them printed elsewhere and they were far superior. The service is also very slow. Delivery charges are quite high. Deleted the app and won’t order again.

Quality of calendar has really deteriorated in last few years and one arrived torn on one page

I was ordering a total of 6 photo books (2 different books) spent hours designing the 2 books and it wouldn’t allow me to pay for the order! I contacted customer service and was fobbed off several times….then the discount code expired so had to find another code. Price had increased but I wanted them as Christmas presents so went ahead with the order. For some reason it wouldn’t allow me to pay for them with my debit card and I HAD to pay through PayPal. This was weeks of messing around and being told their banking system wasn’t working…..so on the run up to Christmas when people are ordering photo books you can’t pay with a credit card? Ridiculous! Received the photo books and love them but the stress of it all would make me think twice about using them again.

I ordered 2 photo albums under the 1 order number. They were both due for delivery on 18.12.25.
1 album arrived. When the other, which was a Christmas present fir my wife, hadn't arrived by end of December I contacted snapfish.
The album was reordered and was due for delivery on 9.1.26. It did not arrive until 15.1.26.

I have just had to pay customs on a product . The reason I choose this company is because I wanted to support Irish companies and it is very deceiving that it has come from England

Great quality, user friendly software and great service.

It was easy to make the product I wanted the quality of the product was excellent and the delivery was exactly on schedule as per the website.

ordered 2 photo Christmas ornaments on the 5th December, didn’t arrive til the 21st !! And the order was wrong, I received an ornament with some random family’s picture on it .. the company couldn’t send a replacement until the 2nd Jan, & still charged for it

The prices and ease of use was vy helpful, but could have cried, they were delivered in thin paper/cardboard packaging and got wet from rain while delivered, good few photos were ruined , several more had curled , damp spots and broken off. Disappointed by that
