Snapcycle Arvostelua 

I got a fantastic deal for a Stinger bike! After doing a ton of research I decided this bike would check all my boxes!
The bike arrived yesterday and I was able to assemble it by myself! I'm a 68 year old woman!
I will most likely remove the front basket only because it really isn't something I will use. I can see a water bottle holder there instead!
I can't wait to take it for a nice long ride!!!

We were somewhat hesitant to order an electric bike online, but we were happily surprised at how well it turned out. The ordering was easy, the shipping fairly quick, and the bikes are everything we could have asked for and more. There is a lack of information about assembling the bike, but we did it without issue.
The bike itself is well built, sturdy and inspires confidence when you ride it. Overall, it is one of the best bikes we have owned, and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. In fact, we bought two!

Snapcycle Stinger kickstand is to close to the pedals.
Snapcycle R1 has a kickstand that is 12 inches away from center of crank while Stinger is on 10 inches away so back of foot heel hits kickstand and makes pedaling difficult because you have to place your foot forward past the center of the pedal almost have to pedal with your heels.
I had to replace the kickstand bolts with longer bolts and 15 washers for each bolt to move the kickstand further towards the spokes to move the kick stand far enough away so my heel doesn't hit the kickstand anymore.

The Stinger arrived 3 days earlier than expected. There was a small box delivered with it, containing the bike cover in its sealed plastic bag.

The bike was well-packed and secured in its shipping container. I used a knife and scissors to remove all of the packing materials.

The 3 amp charger was a pleasant surprise because most of the E-Bikes that were researched had only a 2 amp charger. Fully charging the battery took about 3 hours.

The tools included were very useful, but had to get a stronger hex wrench to loosen a screw for the front fender.

The User's Manual was well written and later discovered an unpacking and assembly video on YouTube. That would have been helpful if Snapcycle had a link to it, but I persevered and completed the assembly.

The 3-inch tires and 500W motor are a good compromise between the fat tire bikes with more power and the street cruisers with smaller tires. I want to ride around town and on trails too.

It is still snow season here in North Idaho so I have not tested the bike yet, but the padded seat is very comfortable and adjusts well to my 6'4" height.

I am impressed with the quality of the bike and love the Lime Green color. Being an army infantry veteran I am partial to various shades of green, and this color is perfect for this great bike.

Can't wait until warmer weather comes so I can ride on local bike paths and trails here in the Northwest. Something magical about trail riding in the pristine forest.

I plan to do another review after I get some miles on my new bike. I'm sure I will be very satisfied!

Real easy to assemble and well built I have a pretty steep hill I ride and the bike takes it with ease.

Snapcycle shipped quickly and the bike was delivered in 4 days. Haven’t unpacked it yet but the packaging looks fine. Only issue I had was when I asked pre-purchase questions. I felt like I was getting “sales speak” rather than straight forward answers. Very insulting. I was however happy when I called after the purchase.
Hopefully the bike will perform to acceptably.

The rear rack for the Eagle I received is not the same as the rack pictured on the website. It's lacking about 50% of the support bars on both of the sides. It would have been nice to get what I ordered.

The bikes arrived in about 1 week, although FedEx initially gave us false hopes by predicting the delivery date too early. There were some minor scratches in the finish, one of the derailleur guards was slightly bent as was one of the cargo racks. Both derailleurs required adjustment before all of the gears could be reached. The only real issue was a broken fender on one bike. Snapcycle quickly agreed to send a replacement when inventory is available. We are really happy with the free helmets and panniers from the Halloween special. The bikes came with better tires than expected, but I'm not sure the batteries are Samsung. They don't indicate a brand and they aren't UL listed. We are very impressed with the performance, beefiness, and finish of the bikes, but we haven't had much time to use them.

Talk with Michael and explain that, They sent me a solid seat post. When I want was a suspension seat post.
And my throttle lock was sticking and didn't work properly. And he immediately will send me both products.👏👏👏

The videos of people test driving the SnapcycleR1. The assembly was very easy with the video instructions. I am enjoying my SnapcycleR1. I weigh 210 lbs. and the R1 made the steep hills easy to go up.
