Easy process

Easy process, good price, fast delivery but unfortunately the part did not fit my refrigerator. There should be more clarity on determining if the parts fit.

I have purchased two of these

I have purchased two of these. The first one the packaging was so flimsy that it fell on the floor and broke. Packaging explicitly said push here I did and the lightweight piece fell to the floor. The second one, the construction of the part is so delicate that during the installation, which was done very carefully, the flint broke again. Please reach out to me. I’d like to resolve this issue. At this point I have spent over $100 for parts and additional monies for installs and still without a functional oven.

Great experience

Great experience. Their prices are also great compared to others. I am not a professional but their instructions included made it simple to follow for any to do. Ordered the same day and was able to stop by and pick it up. Best customer service that I have ever experienced.

Ordering the parts were very simple

Ordering the parts were very simple, and the people that we talked to on the phone or very helpful. That being said they only sent one part to begin with, even though you thought you had sent me both of them. Which delayed my job by two days.

That being said, I really appreciate everything you were able to do for me.

Exact part for my freezer

Exact part for my freezer. Fit perfectly and worked great. Outstanding price!
Shipping was awesome. At my house in 2 or 3 days. This will be the place I shop first for appliance parts. Very happy with this company!
