Has my tile repaired on Thursday, the lady that did it was absolutely outstanding! I physically can’t tell where the crack was. The crack was very bad, people would genuinely think she replaced it she did that much of a good job! Would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you! wish I’d of got her name, she really does deserve the praise!

Wow! During an inspection a sink was accidentally damaged. Snag Doctors responded quickly, gave a competitive price and did a great job at fixing it. You wouldnt know it'd been broken! Well done!

Luke from Snag doctor, Cardiff did an excellent job, sanding and oiling our woodblock worktop. He managed to remove some really nasty stains and has brought it back to as new condition. He was very tidy, created very little dust and cleaned up before he left, would highly recommend.

Nick came out and repaired 2 holes in high gloss tiles and a repair to a kitchen door. What can I say apart from "this man is a magician". I can't see any previous damage and colour match was amazing. Thankyou

I had Corian kitchen worktops that were badly scratched and in need of a refresh. Luke from Snag Doctor Cardiff did an absolutely amazing job. The worktops are as good as the day they were installed. Had a chipped kitchen floor tile repaired by snag doctor in South Yorkshire. The guy was friendly and professional. The repair is fantastic you genuinely cannot see where the chip was. I would 100% use again and would recommend.

I used Luke from Snag Doctor South Wales to repair my kitchen floor tiles. These were damaged, some with chips or slight cracks, but others with significant cracking.

Over two days, Luke worked to fill, smooth and paint over the tiles, to the point where I can't actually tell which were the damaged tiles! He was also very professional and pleasant, turned up to quote and do the work when he said he would, and the cost was significantly cheaper than replacing the whole floor.

I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Luke from Snag Doctor South Wales - indeed I had recommended him to a work colleague before the job was completed! I'll also be calling him back to do some other repair work for me.

Very poor service. Repair quality was awful. Told various things but none of it was true. Was spoken to in an aggressive / threatening manor when questioning the repair. Told the repair would be re-done but then become difficult to get hold of and non responsive. I would not use this company again for any type of repairs, I would rather replace. Overall experience, horrendous!

We contacted Snag Doctor about some PVC repair on a property and they got back to us promptly with a very reasonable quote. They kept great contact with us at every stage and were very accommodating in terms of availability when booking the work. Driver in the ford ranger needs to retake his test. Nearly ran me off the road as he was in the wrong lane, and then doubled down on this, thinking that he was right, swearing and trying intimidate.

Very professional service from start to finish, from accessing a quote to the finished repair an excellent service. Person who repaired the chip was helpful re letting it dry and not catching it etc. Was advised as high gloss it might not be a perfect match (which was good to know) however its position (top of door freezer) made it easier to match - it’s not noticeable at all and we are 100% satisfied

I’m very happy with the repair to a spidery crack in my bathroom basin.
First contacts with the company were very good - quick clear responses.
The engineer who called was very polite, a good communicator and most importantly - he sealed and disguised the crack so that it looks like it was never there.

Great customer service from Laura at Bolton, listened to my concerns and found a solution we were both happy with.
Work was carried out on time and to a high standard , friendly technician attended and work was excellent,you’d be hard pushed to find the site of original damaged area.

Absolutely do not deal with Snag Doctor Worcester - Mark spoke to me in a very sexist way and he also repaired the broken shower tray in my bathroom atrociously, we wish we had replaced it.. no communication with him since and he does not respond. Multiple phone calls from my husband.. do not use this company

Had an amazing experience today with Snag Doctor North West.

The technician's name was Ricky. He was here to repair damage to my windows, worktop and sink.

The job he did was fantastic!

My wooden windows had drill holes in them, as well as other damage. He filled, sanded, sprayed etc and they now look as good as new.

He also repaired my worktop, by blending paint to a perfect match.
(No mean feat, as it is a mottled, concrete effect.) Again, absolutely no sign that there was ever any damage.)

Finally, he repaired my sink by spraying lacquer coating onto it.
There is absolutely no sign of the scratches now.

As well as doing a great job on these repairs, Ricky was respectful of my property and a really nice, genuine guy.

I will recommend Snag Doctor North West and Ricky in particular to all my friends.
