They are scammer their product won't work

I went ahead and topped up 10 dollars on this website for a Chinese number that I could use for SMS verification. However, every time, no matter what kind of number or service, attempting to rent a Chinese number always resulted in a generic error. Due to the nature of Chinese phone numbers, it's very likely they don't have any at all and are just saying they have "100 in stock."

Additionally, when I tried to request a refund, they told me that some phone numbers might not receive SMS, but I never told them I even got a phone number in the first place. I only told them there was an error every time I tried renting one. They clearly didn't read my request and just threw some generic response they had lying around. Those 10 dollars will forever remain alone and sad on that website.

The free sms numbers didn’t work at all on me, doubt if it’s a scam on pursuing people to buy their premium services.

I deposited 10$, but cannot purchase any Taiwan universal number, so I requested refund at 01/07/2026. But after a week still not receive any refund, they not even processed my refund ticket. I think they are stealing people money, be careful with this platform

I use this service regularly. The numbers are mostly working, and even if you get a number that doesn't receive messages, you get a refund and can get a new number. I definitely recommend it.

I topped money to buy phone number , but got not nothing dozens of attempts over 4 days. I asked for customer support , no one contact me . I applied refund , no one replied me .
It's a Scam websites ．the reply in 72 hour is a Scammer's script.

When you register, they'll show you very low prices for country and service you want to buy. But after you make the top-up, the price for the country and service you've just looked up will skyrocket. Mine went from some 0.9 USD to 13.5 USD after I made a 5 USD top-up - the lowest possible (and btw only for some payment methods, most will be like 10 EUR minimum). They just force you to top up even more money. Yet when you look at their refund policy, you'll be eligible for a refund only if (copied from their website):

- This is your first balance top-up, and you have made only one top-up payment.
- You have attempted to receive SMS over 10 times for a single service by changing phone numbers, but did not receive any messages.
- Each customer is eligible for the refund guarantee only once. If you top up again after receiving a refund, this program no longer applies.
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

The conditions are so stringent that most would stumble upon at least one of them, e.g., I'll need to make the second payment before I can event try to purchase the desired number, but if my sms is not successful I'll still won't be able to get a refund! So they do everything necessary not only to trap you into crediting the balance but also to not allow you to take back the monies if THEIR services are not provided!

Apparently, the whole purpose of their endeavors is just to trap you into their scam and then misappropriate all the unused funds customers credit to their balance.

This is disgusting. There could be no excuse for (1) not allowing a customer to get back the unused funds, esp. when you don't allow topping up only the necessary amount and artificially inflate the prices (imagine bank not giving unused money back lol), and (2) not taking responsibility for the service you are charging the fee for.

UPD: On the day I posted the review, they reached out and refunded the sum.

Pourquoi cela ? normalement vous n'aviez pas opté cette décision avant que j'ai recharger mon coupon sur votre plateforme. Il faudra que j'essaie d'utiliser mon crédit qui reste ou vous me rembourser. Merci

scam, never work from starting price, and unable to get refund from any key, avoid!!

Good app, thought at first the number wouldn't work but it was because of the app I needed the number that was smuggled for. I also think it's good that I get the number or my money refunded to my credit if no SMS has arrived.

They entice you with low price for phone numbers but once you have topped up on the balance, the price increases forcing you to pay more.

I am unable to refund my money as they won't let me.
