SmithRx has been an outstanding pharmacy partner. Transitioning from a traditional big pharmacy plan to their more transparent, cost-effective model has been smooth and incredibly rewarding. Their customer support is exceptional, communication is clear and consistent, and we've seen real savings for both employees and the company. We're very pleased with the partnership and the positive impact it's had on our team.

I’ve always have such a great experience working with Smith Rx, and much of that is thanks to Linh Truong. Linh is an outstanding account manager—always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to supporting our needs as well as our mutual clients. Her proactive communication and attention to detail make her a true asset, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s a pleasure working with Smith Rx and i truly feel like we are achieving the goal we have set.

This is the worst drug coverage that I have ever seen. I am surprised that it is legal. Smith RX does not cover some of the medications that I take which are medically necessary. They do not provide the option for a prior authorization on MOST name brand drugs and some generics. I even complained to the HR Supervisor at my husband’s employer about this plan and their broker.

I recently had the opportunity to spend three days with the SmithRx team. I couldn't be more impressed with their people, leadership and foresight for the future. Jake Frenz is a tremendous leader and visionary and he and his leadership team are obsessed with changing how pharmacy is delivered through employers and to their employees. SmithRx is a radically different PBM who we will continue to partner with for years to come.

SmithRx does an excellent job engaging with their key partners to gain important feedback in a setting that does not involve sales. I've attended many of these events and they have found a great way for brokers from across the country to engage with one another and give important feedback on how to improve their product and service offering. They have become one of my most trusted vendor partners.

I would give no stars. Worst RX company ever! They cover nothing Everything gets denied. I pay $600 a month for my anxiety meds that they will not cover. I did not ask to be on medication, but they are the only ones that help, and they denied my doctor's medical necessity. They should not be in business. They do not care about the patients. CHEAP GARBAGE

Scam business covers cheap prescriptions but that's it. "Insurance" in name only. Sound the alarm if your company is switching over to these crooks. In fact as I read the glowing reviews, they all have very similar wording.....gee, I wonder why?

Our representative at SmithRx is responsive and attentive to our needs. The SmithRx Portal is user-friendly and offers the reporting features our clients need.

Every time we ask for assistance with a prescription or pharmacy issue, the individuals involved are very helpful and pleasant. They take urgency in solving whatever i have asked. You have a great team!
