The Tech called and arrived on time. He was professional and courteous Looked at my home and gave me good recommendations and completed the installation in a timely manner. Did a great job cleaning up after himself.

Out of all the alarm companies I contacted Smith was the only one that wanted to listen to what I had already installed in my existing home. Most companies wanted to send me a bunch of equipment to install myself that would not be connected to existing door and window contacts. Smith was willing to send a Tech out to evaluate my home and give suggestions for the best application needed. Smith sent a Tech out the next day after contacting them and completed my install. The Tech (Daniel Brittain) was not only timely about the appointment time but was more than knowledgeable about what I needed and how to proceed with a timely install. It was nice to deal with a company that still has customer service in mind and uses knowledgeable tech's like Daniel Brittain). This could not have bee a better experience for me, and to know I have the right equipment and installation that I can depend on.

Mr. David Lee was knowledgeable, quick and was very easy to talk with regarding system questions. We love the system ease of use and smart phone features.

I called yesterday to get my alarm setup and I was relieved that Smith Monitoring provided next day service. I'm very pleased that they appreciate their customers and value their service.

With this being our first security system, Smith Minitoring was helpful and informative. They gave helpful suggestions and made all the paperwork and instructions very easy to inderstand. There is an app you can use to arm or disarm your alarm, which should be very useful as well. So far I am pleased with the service I have recieved.
