Smith Monitoring® Arvostelua 773

I paid for a 3 year plan with new equipment with Smith. After my contract was over I tried to contact them to renegotiate. I wasn’t able to get in contact, so I went back to ADT. I just had their service people here, and discovered that the window sensors that I have been paying for, for 3 years, were never installed. I would give them a minus rating if it were available. Apparently, you can’t even trust your security company!!

It's a mistake going with Smith Monitoring. I ahev too many false alarms.
Their service is awful.

I called Smith, they said: $17.95 using my equip. then they changed it to $24.95 during the install. The final price is almost $40.00 and it took them 12 days to get back to finish and that was after several calls. Now, the system is still beeping and I can't get them back.
I will be notifying BBB and the FTC.

Do not sign a 3yr agreement with this comapny, whatever they tell you. They do not provide the level of service they say they will provide.

So far, so good... Thanks to Sam, the customer service rep that provided me with outstanding customer service. Akeem came to my home as scheduled, he was very professional and thorough. I'm very pleased with the installation. Akeem and Sam are a great asset to your company. GREAT JOB!

I wanted to find a security monitoring company that was responsive to my needs and honest without a fear of being oversold or overcharged, and Smith filled that need. The technician, Mark, came when he said he would ,reprogrammed the keypad, and explained everything in detail. My bill has dropped from $54 a month to $18 a month. I could not be happier.
