The directions were easy to follow and there's even extra putty in case you mess up The team was quick to reach out with a 3D rendition of my teeth as they go through each phase of aligners. Fab service, I find Mike to be so polite and helpful and didn’t take him 5 minutes to respond via email to arrange for a couple of replacement aligners (my dog chewed up!)

I purchased the nightly retainer package, when I ordered the impression kit came really fast in the mail nicely packaged with easy instructions. I mailed my impression by and they contacted me via email to approve my new smile. Once I approved, they started making my retainers. When I had any questions, I emailed them and they responded very fast. I’m looking forward to my new smell so far the customer service has been excellent.
