SMC Motor Group Arvostelua 

I recently purchased a pre registered Seat Ibiza from SMC Woking and dealt with Adam Medlock. Due to the COVID restrictions everything was done over the phone and via email, not the way I would normally want to buy a car but Adam was fantastic and made the whole process seamless and efficient. The car was exactly as described and they even took my old car in part exchange and gave a great value etc. I would definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to do so going forward.

My car was due for MOT and service on 1st of January. Due to lockdown and the restrictions, Charlie managed to get a date for me. Some of the concerns I had which needed repair had to be paid for by another company as I had an extended warranty. Tony and Charlie were very helpful by chasing the other company and ensuring the problem was fixed. Tony and Charlie went an extra mile by keeping me up to date about the repairs and also booked for a taxi for me to be able to return home. Great customer service.

I had my car serviced at the Weybridge branch and was delighted with the service I recieved! Quick, efficient and even cleaned my car at the end! They were also really great with being covid compliant, thumbs up from me

These are the most rude, corrupt and awful company.
They have no customer skills at all.
We worked with Callum who lies, is spiteful and awfully rude.
Please don't waste your money with them!

Rang 4 times and put on hold for over 10 minutes each time to service department, to then get put on to an answerphone. Left a message the 4th call, but 3 days later, still no reply!! Decided to try elsewhere and found a superb Renault Specialist in Farncombe, near Godalming called The Station Garage. Will be going here in future.

Stay away from them. Never buy Renault!!
Car broken after 2 weeks of ownership i bought it from Renault Weybridge on the 8th of June 2020 and the car is parked now as i am waiting for their respond as i am rejecting this car as legally i have right to do so since this car is not fit for purpose or sold as described and it looks for them it means nothing the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they feel that they are above the law! I have no car as i cannot drive this car and i have no money as i have spent mine on this one. They treated me as an absolute idiot and no customer service at all. For them was normal to drive the car which was less then 3 weeks old for 2 weeks without a working aircon or to drive it with 3 amber lights on the dashboard after less then 2 weeks the car being with me.
Stay away from Renault they are no good as they have horrible customer service also overall professionalism is lacking and none of the Managment at Renault Weybridge ever bothered to contact me or even send an email and after this experience i will never buy another Renault and people should stay away from them. I started doubting if they have really given me a new car at all as i cannot believe such a bad quality control exists. With all fairness the car was really good the 1st week and the car overall is nice and i really liked it. But the build quality and the support is horrendous also the car is not for for purpose cannot justify anything. I see this as a money theft and the dealerships should know for better!!
I will update if any changes come good or bad and very soon i will post pictures and video links of my Youtube channel with all the problems that occured so less people will go through this treatment.

Seat Woking. Bought a nice used car from them last week. Fair price, good warranty and service deal. Friendly staff and no pressure. They handled the social distancing very well and even let me test drive the car on my own. Very happy and hope the ownership experience is just as good.

Dont touch them with a bargepole.

Bought a new car, which they forgot to print the Warranty.

Thirteen days later, have communicated with 6 people (some more than once) and have been given these excuses why they havent printed it (in chronological order):

I'm too busy to do that.
I will put it in the post.
We have staff on furlough.
Your salesman is on holiday.
Waiting for the powers that be so we can print it.
We have staff on furlough.
Your salesman is on holiday.
Something might have got lost in translation.
We have printed it, you have it.
Nobody else has complained.
Renault will fine us if we havent done it, so therefore we have done it.
As this is your first car, you have no idea what you are doing.

I have been taking my car to SMC for the MOT for years. I have a different car now but the service is still as good as always. I am disabled and they are very considerate of my limitations. Sometimes they even pick the car up form my home, within a mile, and return it later. This is brilliant! They have also informed me of what may need attention at the next MOT, and the cost was extremely good. A big thank you to the service team in Aldershot SMC. All the staff are particularly welcoming and helpful when I call or visit. As a worrier, this makes the process so much easier. See you next year, hopefully not sooner ha ha.

Had a great test-drive, purchase and 'steer through' the next-to-new car I bought there and couldn't recommend Alex Hobbs highly enough.

Rude, Cunning, Sly, Outrageous, they will treat you like a fool and scare you and lie. They have no shame and have no compassion for unfortunate situations. They will take advantage of you and will make their own rules as they go. Do not buy unless you want to witness the mistreatment I have. Utterly disgusted.
