Smart Wheels b.v Arvostelua 

Goede ophaal en inleverinstructie op Curacao. Met behulp van whatsapp + video + e-mail etc. Werkt prima.
Smart Wheels zelf beviel prima, enige aandachtspunt was dat we geen uitleg over de auto (automaat) hebben gekregen, alleen de sleutels en dat was alles.
Normaal gesproken geen probleem, maar bij dit type : Changan Cs35 was dat wel handig geweest. Auto is lastig te bedienen. Naar mijn mening geen logische bediening van de boordcomputer. De Radio- app liep regelmatig vast.
Enige optie was dan de boordcomputer afsluiten of auto opnieuw starten. Er was geen CarPlay-optie (om handig te navigeren) maar dit moest via een eigen app die je eerst moet installeren op je telefoon. Werkt slecht vervolgens aangezien je scherm dan als mirror fungeert. Uiteindelijk een eigen zuignap-matje achter de telefoon geplakt en steeds de telefoon op de display bevestigd.
Er zit geen intuïtieve en logische bediening in de auto. Afsluiten auto komt zeer precies. Handrem alleen lijkt niet voldoende, auto moet ook perse in parkeermodus. Duurde even voordat ik daar achter was. Het paneel boordcomputer blijft soms aan staan en dan sluit de auto niet af. Paneel moet dan handmatig uit of eerst auto opnieuw starten en afsluiten.
Een volgende keer zou ik een ander merk huren, maar zeker wel bij Smart Wheels.

The information was clear, the guy (who drive us from the airport to the car) was very friendly and the car (cat. A) was real fine; it has power and space enough for us all.
The returning and quick mail (conformation) was easy & nice!

Fácil gestión del servicio, sencilla la devolución del vehículo, alquilamos una VAN Toyota porque eramos 10 pasajeros y estaba en excelentes condiciones.

We had a great experience with Smart Wheels. The car was delivered quickly, and the Kia Picanto was a perfect small car for our trip. Returning the car was easy, thanks to the clear instructions. Communication through the app was smooth, and they were always easy to reach when needed. Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

I found this company last min at the port and they help me very quickly. Service was great and it was a very easy process to receive and return the vehicle. Would recommend if you ever need a car while in bonair.

Starting off the day he was a great help & coming back returning the car he went above and beyond. The car was in great condition clean & everything worked smoothly. Wij ervaren geen problemen

Fijne goede auto. Erg jammer dat uiterste inlevering 18.00 is en daar geen oplossing voor mogelijk was dit later te doen. Dit omdat onze terugvlucht pas om 22.00 was.
Tip: waarom niet gelijk op vliegveld ophalen en met optie later inleveren.
Verder duidelijk service en berichten via WhatsApp.

CAr as agreed but with some damages. By delivery we got the pictures to prove the current state. Only surprise that we needed to sign a extra insurance waiver for damages due to wet clothing on the seats. In the the rental agreement was also stated that tires and windows are not insured, even when we booked the extra insurance in advance. Instructions for pick-up and return where very clear.

Great and easy rental. Folks there were super nice. Highly recommended
