I have been dealing with Christie regarding sealing my imprinted pattern concrete. I have 2 large areas and one area requires some added colour. Christie has guided me through this process step by step with much patience and knowledge asking for photos to ensure we get it right and liaising with the technicians. I can't emphasise how grateful I am.
She is an absolute superstar!

I have used Smart-seal products for the last three years both the printed concrete sealer and the brick paver sealer. I have found both product’s easy to use leaving a really good finish. This was on a (20+ years ) drive and newer (6+years) brick paving patio.
I have spoken several times with Ricky Kirwan from smart seal, who has been patient, informative and dare I say very easy to talk to with a good sense of humour. He is obviously a professional who has experienced just about all the issues that can arise when using the smart seal product.
Well done smart seal and well done Ricky.

Ricky from smart seal has been very helpful I was missing a pole no fault of smart seal and Ricky replaced it with next day delivery 🚚 we use all smart seal’s products and at very good quality I highly recommend using them for there fantastic good quality products so worth the money thanks

Nigel at SS was super helpful when we had an issue with some render pigment. Managed to resolve it and have a better finish using a different product from SS. The acrylic concrete sealer is very good. Will return for more products soon.
