Smart Galapagos Arvostelua

My trip was wonderful!
I contacted Juan around 2 months before my trip only and he took the time to speak with me via zoom and helped me build the perfect itinerary. All I had to do was book my flights and he and his team took care of everything else.
We arrived to meet a livery driver who waited for us with packed - and vegetarian as we have a diet restriction - sandwiches and from then on basically we didn’t need to worry about any part of our days. We visited great places for a great price and stayed in good hotels, had great restaurant reservations (with the best tables), saw the lava tunnels, swam with sharks and all the other good stuff you can do in Galapagos all for a very fair price.
Would definitely book again.
Thank you for the whole team!

I normally am skeptical of companies with all 5 star reviews but this is real! Juan Pablo and smart Galapagos were there every step of the way to make our trip amazing! I loved all of our time and the food, the views, and the animals were amazing!!! I was so sad to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Juan is great as a travel manager and advisor. Galapagos is paradise on earth and we have had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Smart Galapagos for your journey into paradise. Thank you Juan for the beautiful memories captured in (digital) film

Our trip to the Galapagos was amazing. Such a beautiful part of the world with incredible wildlife.
If you want a hassle free time, book with Smart Galapagos.
The trip was seamless, everything planned perfectly, with guides waiting for our arrival amd incredible tours booked. Our only regret was not staying longer.
Juan was incredible from start to finish, very responsive and keeping me up to date at all times.
The accommodation was lovely and located very well.
The food was incredible and when we weren't happy with a resturant (not there usual one they use) Juan made arrangements for us to eat in a lovely restaurant the following night.
Highly recommend the Lava Tunnels and the walking tour especially if you want to see penguins.
Just an unforgettable experience.
Highly recommend.
Thank you Juan and the team at SMART GALAPAGOS

Juan Pablo and his Team created an action packed authentic Galapagos experience ! He was always available to answer questions and arranged all aspects of our 7 day trip ! It was a perfect balance of hiking and snorkeling as well as experiencing great island flavor in scenic restaurants. The hotels were right on the ocean !! So scenic ! I can only say highly recommend the Smart Galapagos team especially Juan !! We saw all of the famous Galapagos finest birds, mammals , and reptiles !

Amazing trip!! When the paradise come true :) Galapagos is one of this places that when you see it you want to live there forever. Juan Pablo you are great!!

Incredible! Better than Disney according to my kids. Unique place in the world!

Excelent service. We had our honeymoon and Juanpa was the best to make our dream to know galapagos come true! Thank you

Outstanding advice and support. Juan Pablo immediately responded to my and request and quickly a rough plan was in place (including very good recommendations I received based on my preferences). It was also taken into account that I travel with a limited budget and also love having time to explore on my own. During my trip he continously checked how my trip was going and gave me useful tips on what to do, where to eat etc.

We did the Cuyabeno 4day-3night trek that Juan Pablo helped set up. He was communicative and clear in the trip description and setup. We referred to him when we went to the Galapagos after and it made the trip smoother and more enjoyable. Thanks for everything! Highly recommend!!

Booked the 3 Night Package in Cuyabeno. The lodge was great. We did day and night hikes and went out with the boat a lot to spot animals or see the sunrise or sunset. The Food was good. Perfect for people who want to experience the rainforest in ecuador.

I recently booked a Galapagos trip through Juan Pablo. Overall, the experience was amazing and there is nothing better I could ask for. He messaged us everyday we were in Ecuador even after the trip and ensured everything worked out perfectly. In Galapagos, we told him exactly what kind of trip we would like and he helped us tailor the tours and locations towards our interest (I wanted to swim with the sharks). If you are in Galapagos and want a reasonable priced tour agent, Juan is your guy. I recommend him 100%.

Wow, just wow! A+++ experience!!
I did several weeks of research for the perfect Galapagos land tour
and sent many inquiries.
I finally decided on Smart Galapagos tours because they had a great itinerary, awesome price, and my emails were answered promptly and
thoroughly. Great decision!
My tour was AMAZING!
Everything was very
organized and I felt very
safe and comfortable. My travel counselor, Juan, kept in constant contact with me and took care of any additional needs along
the way. He really went
over and above. Wonderful customer service!!! The tour itself was AWESOME! I saw and did everything
I wanted to. I went to5
different islands and it
was a dream come true! Incredible wildlife and beautiful scenery!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Smart
Galapagos and would
definitely use them again! Thank you Juan!!!

I have just returned from a tour, to the Galápagos Islands , arranged by Juan from Smart Galapagos. Outstanding, is the first thing I can think. This trip was by far, the best I have ever been on! Juan went above and beyond to make this a once in a lifetime experience! He thought of things before we could. And he arranged things for us that we didn’t realized we needed. Snorkeling tours, tours of Santa Cruz, Isabela, North Seymour( oh my gosh!what a tour) and San Cristobal. We swam with sharks, sea lions , sea turtles, we saw so many fish, sea horses, penguins! It was amazing! Thank you Juan for a truly wonderful adventure!!!! Muchas gracias! Te deseo a ti y a tu esposa la mejor salud! CurtB.

The best experience I've ever had on tours. Everything went perfect, everything on time, delicious food, incredible hotels, but the most impressive thing was the correct organization and logistics of the tour. They were always looking out for you at all times. The best decision ever made

My mom and I had the best experience in the Galapagos. The five-day bout tour through Santa Cruz, Santiago, Floreana, Española, and San Cristobal was magnificent. Strongly recommend visiting the enchanted island!

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Smart Galapagos and the island tours they organized for us. The outstanding attention and help they offered us started from planning the trip and went all the way to after we had flown out. Juan checked in with us every day of the tour to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to see if there was anything else that we needed help with. Not to mention that the tours themselves were fantastic, always with great guides and experiences.
All this, for a great value compared to other options. Really couldn't have asked for more.

Awesome experience in Galapagos. Perfect service and itinerary. Recommended 100%
