Do yourself a BIG favor and work with Galapagos Insiders! They took care of everything. Representatives met us and took us to the next venue throughout our trip to the Galapagos. Alexandra answered all our questions very quickly. It made the whole experience very smooth.
Whenever we needed anything sorted, Alexandra from Galapagos Insiders was there to help us every step of the way. This was all the more impressive as our initial booking had to be deferred, then cancelled then re-booked due to the COVID Pandemic disruption.
We were guided with care and consideration to land the Galapagos experience that we were exactly looking for! Easy communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful information kept us apprised and ready for our adventure. Thank you!!
Excellent company and it resulted in a very seamless, travel experience, and overall trip for us. They had been recommended to us by others and it was a worthy recommendation. Diego organized our entire trip end to end. It went off seamlessly and we couldn’t have asked for more. He is also one of the most responsive individuals I have met. Not to mention that, Vivi, our host on the islands itself was incredibly warm, helpful, and very proactive with information. Note: We booked a land package for Galapagos through them.
We planned this trip 6 years ago, then interrupted by Covid. Alexandra has been fantastic throughout, initially organising a refund ( there were 6 of us) and then organising this trip for 8 of us. The cruise was amazing, the boat very comfortable with excellent staff and the logistics just happened- no issues at all. Alexandra always communicated with us immediately and again it was a great experience. Thank you Alexandra!
Freddie was amazing! He picked us up on time and was full of information. He was friendly, flexible and made our tours so memorable.
We had well organized trip to Galapagos. Our advisor Alexandra always answered my questions within same day. I would highly recommend to use this agency.
My wife and I used Ecuador and Galapagos Insiders to help us plan a trip to the Ecuadorian Rain forest and a Galapagos Yacht trip. Our consultant, Diego, was the best planner we have ever used. Not only did he offer sound and practical advice as to the logistics of the trip, but I think he sleeps with his laptop next to him in bed. He answered my emails within an hour usually. He was available to answer questions about what to pack, where to find an ATM, how much to tip and what to expect at the various lodge/boat. He was truly fantastic. I only wish I could use him for all my future travel.
Alexandra at Ecuador and Galapagos Insiders was one instrumental in ensuring our trip to the Galapagos was seamless and perfect for our group of 5. She helped book our cruise, flights to the islands and day tours on Ecuador. She answered all our questions within the same day.
We traveled to the Galapagos islands with galapagos insiders on board the Infinty cruise, and the experience was unforgettable.
Before booking, I reviewed Galapagos insiders' feedback on tripadvisor and wetravel, which gave me confidence in my decision, and they truly delivered. The organization and logistics were excelent from start to finish.
Alexandra was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always responsive and clear. The cruise itself was amazing with a fantastic crew and a perfectly managed itinerary.
Highly recommend for anyone planning a Galapagos cruise.
Amazing Experience
Our family of six just returned from an unforgettable 12-day trip to the Galapagos. We started with a cruise aboard the Galapagos Horizon and finished with four days at Finch Bay Lodge, all perfectly organized by Diego from Galapagos Insiders.
From the very first contact, Diego and his team helped us choose the right trip for our family and secured a great promotional price on the Galapagos Horizon. He was always quick to answer our questions, and every detail before and during the trip ran smoothly and on schedule.
The Horizon is an amazing vessel with a friendly, attentive crew. After the cruise, we enjoyed guided visits with Fredy, whose knowledge of the local wildlife is outstanding. Our stay at Finch Bay Lodge was wonderful, we felt pampered the entire time.
Thanks Galapagos Insiders. We hope to return in the future!
