Jamie and this entire team honestly, have been so supportive and encouraging through this entire process. Jamie has walked with me and encouraged me at my pace but still pushing me to reach my goals.

1.5 months in I hit my ROI for the program and have been incredibly impressed with the simplicity of the program Jess, Ross and their team has created. The weekly 1:1 coaching and accountability with my coach is priceless because its so lovely to have questions that actually get answered super fast so I can work towards the next thing. The community is so active, the coaches are dedicated to our success and I am so excited to committed. I was a very reluctant "but will this work for me" kind of person and I am here to say if that's you, IT CAN. Because that's the beauty of a proven system, you aren't special ;) it works for all of us!

I started with the program just 6 weeks ago and they coached me on how to build a system to enroll new clients, build an Instagram account from scratch, and my first week in I landed two clients with several conversations in the works. We can count on @Scotty and other specialized coaches to help us with content to mindset! We couldn't be happier with the tools and guidance this program has provided.

This experience has been so helpful for me. I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time and have pushed myself to a level that I never thought was possible. Scotty has been such huge support and truly a tremendous Coach in my corner. I’m thankful for the tough love and accountability and the push when I need it the most. His guidance has helped me show up better for not only myself, but for others and so for that, I’m truly grateful! I look forward to continuing to grow learn and expand my knowledge in the world of sales and as an entrepreneur.

i could go on about how bad the support in this coaching program is and that they guaranteed on my sales call that i would make 10k in 90 days "or they'd work with me til i made money back" when I signed up. they told me on the recorded call that i could get started for $0 down and that the next month, i'd be charged $400 on my financing plan. and that by month 2 i would start to bring in clients and be able to pay off my plan. that's what they've told my colleagues in this program as well, and in some of our group chats, I've found out that my colleagues I have not made any money back either

what i later found out is the money back guarantee is that they actually only work with you a maximum of 3 extra months... which by the way, nobody i know in this program has actually made their money back. after 6 months even if you haven't made a penny, they kick you out just like they did with me. my access ended after 6 months. 8k gone, just like that. unfortunately, ive found out that this is the norm.

Unfortunately it is true that their employees are treated terribly and that they require coaches to take a minimum of 70 CLIENTS per coach. SEVENTY. think about that. do you want a coaching company pouring into you who is hopping on a minimum of 70 calls a week... if i had known i would have never done this. the support you get is MINIMAL for paying 8k for a 90 day program with a "guarantee". you are not even allowed to private message your coach. everything happens in a group with 70 people. calls are 20 min long.

jess, the one "communicating" with you on social media is actually not the one i found out that was messaging me when I learned how this business model they are teaching us actually works. you actually have a "setter" in your account they teach you that answers messages for you.

the owner was never was on any of even the group coaching calls and never makes an appearance on anything other than some of the videos you get when you sign up. it's very misleading.

this coaching program is not the 1:1 support you are looking for. beware, there's plenty of other programs out there at a much lower cost that give way more support than this. it's the biggest waste of money I have ever made in my life that could be feeding my family.

on my recorded call (which I've asked for but they won't give it to me), my sales rep told me that this would change my life and that they guarantee results. and now, I have nothing to show for other than more debt than I had before. please run far away.

This program is exactly what I wanted and needed to get my personal business going! I was so nervous starting from scratch and didn't know where to begin, but this program is so clearly thought out and approaches starting your own business in such doable steps. The business and mindset training you do before you even start on the social media and marketing side gets you prepared and motivated. Having access to my coach Scotty and all the other experts and participants is incredible - the knowledge, the experience, and all the tips to help me continue to grow my following and develop my business have been invaluable. I couldn't recommend this program more to anyone thinking about starting something on your own, because you are not on your own in this program! Do it - commit to it, and you will start to see the results!

Smart Coach is a great program with and awesome support from coaches 💜 it was such a detailed step by step process to launch my coaching business on Instagram!

I’ve learned so much from the Smartcoach program, and working with my coach Michael has been a game-changer! This program is super-thorough and focuses on the biggest thing I was missing in my business: how to market to my audience and how to convert clients. I am still inside of the process now, and growing each day. This is the #1 BEST program for coaches who are in the building phase~ if you’re considering it, I’d say go for it! Your coaching business will grow exponentially.

I have to be honest, I am so disappointed with SmartCoach and what I continue to hear about how they treat their actual coaches. I am a client and I’ve even referred a client to them before I knew what was happening behind the scenes. I also referred somebody to work for them as an 1099 closer, and since then I have heard nothing but mistreatment. These employees are 1099, yet they are treated terribly. As a former HR leader, this environment is toxic. They are given very little flexibility, and are over worked, to say the least. It’s a pressure cooker environment, with young and inexperienced leadership and foundership and they absolutely do not care about their team. In addition, as a client I felt misled post signing up. I thought I was communicating with Jessica in IG DM’s and found out later after I had referred someone to work there that I was never communicating with her. I find their marketing strategy to be misleading and deceitful. It’s an overpriced coaching program for what you get in return, and honestly, I just feel bad for the team working under Jessica and Ross.

Smart Coach is the upper echelon of coaching for coaches. I am skeptical of most coaching programs because I have spent a lot of money on many failed programs. From my initial consultation, I was immediately picking up what Smart Coach was putting down. (Special shout out to Laura) Even still, I knew that could just be great sales.
It wasn’t until I got into the program that I was truly sold. My Coach Karleigh is the bomb.com! She does not come to play…and has no time to waste! It took one conversation with Karleigh to realize that I have been doing too much for too many. She had the patience and ability to actively listen…then communicate back to me exactly what I needed. Her spirit will be with me…always.
Smart Coach alone is filled with enough resources, news-you-can-use and priceless guidance to be worth every dollar. The coaching is just a bonus! Life was lifeing for me during my program. I could’ve done so much more…but I will walk away knowing that I can still do it! That’s the prize. I would do this all over again without hesitation. Bravo!

The Spark program truly was life changing for me. Not just in terms of learning an extremely valuable sales / content creation process, but also in building my confidence, shaping my mindset, and helping me believe in myself as a coach. For years, I have been coaching and underselling myself due to my own fear of failure and my lack of confidence, but for the first time I started putting myself out there on Instagram, growing my business, and making the amount of money that I’ve always dreamed about but been too afraid to ask for.

While much of this came from all of the educational content in the Spark program, a majority of it came from Coach Karleigh and all of her ongoing support, feedback, encouragement, and guidance. She has her own hectic and busy life, but somehow still shows up every week on our call as if it is the most important 20 minutes of her week. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and creative in the work that she does, but above anything else, she will be your biggest cheerleader throughout your 90 days in Spark. Truly such a hype woman, and on the rollercoaster ride of owning a coaching business, everyone needs someone like Coach Karleigh in their corner to survive it.

I started working with Smart Coach three weeks ago, specifically with Cailen as my coach. I wanted to hit the ground running so worked my way through the first month in just two weeks, and officially started my first Sprint on Monday. Karleigh with Smart Coach has been absolutely phenomenal! The experience has been a roller coaster of an endeavor for me but Karleigh has always able to connect with me exactly where I’m at and encourage small action steps forward, which can lead to the dam breaking and getting out of my own way! Investing in Smart Coach, was a HUGE leap of faith for me. And I’ll be honest, it’s been a roller coaster of emotions. Still is, since I am still working through my course. But, I have been astounded at how this program has made me really dig deep into what kind of coach I want to be, how it’s taken me out of my comfort zone and challenged me to think outside of what comes naturally to me. Working with Smart Coach has re-ignited my passion to grow my online fitness business that was declining in revenue. The 1:1 coaching support and the portal materials are the best coaching I’ve seen. I’ve previously used large scale business coaching programs and a 1:1 business coach. Everything is addressed and so detailed on how to take action!

I enrolled in Smart Coach's coaching program in 3/2026 and want to share an honest, factual account of my experience.

On my sales call, I was told I could expect to make my ROI if I did the work. I completed every requirement of the program - payments, calls, worksheets, community participation, marketing sprints - including an additional 3-month "Support Guarantee" extension period. I made zero sales.

I was told to expect about $100/month in additional tooling costs before signing. In practice, I was coached to boost Instagram posts at a minimum of $10/day, I ended up spending far more than disclosed upfront.

Throughout the program, I was frequently directed to ask ChatGPT or Claude for answers instead of getting direct coaching. Questions I raised in the program's Slack channel and DMs often went unanswered for days. In regards to health niches, I do not have confidence in the coaches that they are knowledgable in this area - an example of this is when my coach kept mispronouncing PCOS.

In a recorded group coaching call, one of the program's coaches said, regarding marketing claims: "I don't see it as lying, it's just storytelling... no one's going to fact check you." A different coach separately told me directly that it was okay to tell a "white lie" to get someone to sign up. Another colleague was told that it was ok to tell a potential lead that she had also had a miscarriage when that was not true. Lying appears to be an accepted practice within the company.

When I requested my sales call recording and my coaching call recordings to review what had actually been communicated, both requests were refused, even though the company told me they had reviewed those same recordings internally to justify their decision.

I requested a refund and was denied, with the company stating the program had been "delivered in full." When I provided detailed, dated examples, they denied it again, this time attributing my lack of results to underdeveloped sales/conversion skills, despite the fact that my own coach had told me directly that my sales calls were fine. They had 6 months to work with me on these skills.

I'd encourage anyone considering this program to ask specifically about the refund policy, request to see instructor credentials, and ask directly whether the program relies on AI tools in place of direct coaching before enrolling.

Jamie helped me so much during my journey in smart coach. She continually fought for me when my confidence was low and I felt like quitting and guided me through re-niching to my passion and area of expertise, which was a game changer!! I’m extremely grateful for her for this and for not giving up on me and believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. I signed up for Smart coach as my business was going backwards. I had paid for coaches to train the sales team, I was constantly tweaking the marketing, advertising and nothing was having an impact.
I have to admit I was at the point of "f*k it" I'll try anything. I can only say I wish I had started this earlier. Within 4 weeks we have hit £100k. Previous 4-5 months had been dropping so to see this huge shift and change by implementing everything Jess & Ross talk about. It has truly been a game changer.

Smart coach has been very helpful in giving me the tools I need to build my business. They give you all the information needed in every aspect of your coaching business. I really like there is a personal coach that you meet with each week1:1. The one thing I wasn’t aware of when I joined, was that the coaching was only 20 min a week. That was disappointing and it wasn’t made clear until afterwards. That being said, my coach, Cailen, has been very helpful and responsive to any questions I have. It’s made a huge difference to have access to someone who can guide you through this process. Smart coach does a good job of teaching you what works - so you don’t have to guess. I would recommend it to anyone who could use help building their coaching business.
