Joining Empowering Therapists has easily been the best investment I’ve made in my practice. So much business coaching out there tries to push therapists away from clinical work into courses or side gigs, but this program actually shows you how to achieve real financial success as a practicing therapist.

I started my own mobile, speech therapy practice in September 2024 with a goal of 15 sessions per week. This program is the real deal if you are serious on investing in a business consultant/program that will get you adding private pay only clients consistently! This program is 10/10 - you do the work, but they tell you what you need to do and how to do it. The program content is very clear (instruction videos to follow) and are great to do at your own pace, but the one on one calls with your coach each week is really what helped me to effectively work on building my website and acquire effective SEO in the most timely manner possible! I sought Jessica out because I was completely fried and depleted from feeling like I was running in circles trying to grow my private practice. This program works, pure and simple. As a therapist, it can be overwhelming trying to understand the ins and outs of marketing. Most of us weren't taught how to grow a thriving private pay practice, and it can be daunting to even know where to begin. Empowering Therapists takes the guesswork out of succeeding as an entrepreneur. Before discovering Jessica’s program, I really struggled to understand why clients weren't finding me online. I had looked into various SEO products, but honestly, they were typically so confusing and and not geared toward therapists. Jessica explains things in a way I can understand and actually implement. And the results speak for themselves: at present, I'm getting at least 2-3 new client inquiries a week (even with a waiting list), and I'm looking to possibly expand into a group practice. Now as a coach for the program, I have the opportunity to see other people experience the same growth that I did. The camaraderie and accountability the group provides is priceless. You don't have to “go it alone” or navigate private practice in isolation. Having a team who “gets it” and is cheering you on is possibly the best part of this entire program. I completely understand that nothing in life is guaranteed, especially when building a private practice, and I recognize that client acquisition can take time.
That being said, the one-on-one support was extremely valuable, and I made a lot of progress throughout the program. I felt very supported, guided, and encouraged, and the content provided was practical and beneficial. Overall, I gained a much clearer understanding of how to position and market my practice, and I feel more confident moving forward with my private-pay practice.
