I have purchased glasses from here before without issue and suddenly they will not accept the prescription I’ve used on 3 other pairs of glasses. Their requirements are now the strictest for prescription glasses. See below what they send me after submitting an order with my prescription:

-It must be supplied and signed by your Optometrist, Optician or Ophthalmologist;
-It must be less than 2 years (24 months) old;
-It must include the test date;
-It must Include the recall date (the next test date); and,
-If your order is for contact lenses, the prescription must be for contact lenses and not spectacles

Requiring your next test date is incredibly personal information. Warning to those considering a purchase. DON’T. I’m am truly shocked at how sudden this is because my experience before was soooo much better. They have changed things and I will be moving on to another company and no longer recommending them what so ever.
