Great Coach
I had a great experience working with Reece. He simplifies the process of getting into shape and adapts to your personal circumstances very well. I like the fact that he promotes not eating healthy 100% of the time as this is not realistic for most people. 10/10 would recommend.

Joined Reece and his team back in 2022…
Joined Reece and his team back in 2022 as needed to lose weight for health reasons. Withing 6 months I'd lost 20kg and transformed ho I looked.
Absolutely top notch and cannot fault. Out of all the Personal trainers out there,I found Reece to be by far the best. Weekly check ins,always on the end of the phone when needed and gave that drive that helped me get to my goal.
I will be using him again, as I've been lazy and neglected myself.
