SMAART Recruitment Arvostelua

Jane was great at helping me get a job quickly and she made me feel at ease in the process.

I had bad experiences with different recruitment companies but SMAART Recruitment was hands down the best experience I have had.

Sarah was honest, attentive and easy going in my whole application process. She even made sure to send reminders about interviews and little good luck messages before hand. I did get the job and she sent me a lovely message of congratulations.

I had a great experience and recommend anyone looking for work to seek help with SMAART.

The team was very helpful and accommodating, meeting with me outside of work hours. They understood my needs and didn't try to push me to apply for roles I wasn't interested in. The company they put me forward for is where I now work and I'm very happy.

Such a caring team, they will not stop till you are in the right job.

My experience with Smaart recruitment has been absolutely amazing, such a great and helpful people to work with and who can drive you to do and give your best! Very very thankful!

They were extremely helpful during the whole process! They were in constant contact and advice given was invaluable. Having been out of work for the first time in over 40 years and never experiencing an interview process since i left school, i felt very daunted by the challenges confronting me. The agent looking after me (Emma) helped me believe in myself and encouraged me all the way through. I cannot thank her enough!

Staff were really helpful and open minded. Very simple experience.

Worked with these guys several times, would definitely recommend

You made my search for a permanent job position easier. Thanks to SMAART Recruitment especially to Sebastian for helping me secure my current job. More power to your team.

Been unemployed is not fun. From meeting with them on a Tuesday, interview on Friday that week. Congratulations call on the Monday. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The person from Smaart who recruited me for my current role was impressively dedicated to ensuring that I was comfortable and happy with the whole recruitment process. The positive way I was treated definitely influenced my decision to take on the job, and it made my potential new employer look inviting too. I'm so glad that she followed up on calls etc because I'm the happier now in my new job than I've ever been at work. Thumbs up to Sarah Currie! (Ca remove name if needed)

Initially staff were friendly, but when I asked for more support later on, emails and messages were ignored. Placement finished suddenly a lot earlier than expected, due to company downsizing. Response was rude and "these things happen" and didn't receive any response to phone calls or emails. Left with a terrible experience of the company.

Smaart made me feel great throughout this whole process and all of the agents were so helpful.

Thanks so much smaart

New to the job search market I thought I would struggle but with a group of amazing consultants at SMAART I was straight back into a Job that ticked all my boxes. Such an amazing group of young, positive and super efficient consultants.

I had great service from Tom Woods. I would recommend Smaart. Tom made contact on the day I applied through seek. He interviewed me the next day. I had a interview with the hiring company the next day and had the job by the following day.

Same as above

I really enjoyed my experience at SMAART. The team was so friendly, helpful and made my experience seamless. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have just recently dealt with multiple consultants at SMAART Recruitment and I recommend them to both potential employers and job seekers. Professional, high quality service.

Tom was my recruiter a while ago and he was very personal and helpful
