I places the order back in March and it still has not shipped.

I ordered a dress weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I’m very disappointed. What is going on with my order?

An absolutely awful company. They hired me to film 7 videos, and 8 months later are still refusing to pay me. They are not completely ignoring me. Communication is awful, I will be reporting to company.

I ordered a jacket two months ago that has never arrived. I wrote the company to cancel my order and rather than assuring me it would arrive and when, they sent me a lengthy email stating that there were no refunds. I would not suggest dealing with this company again as their customer service is non existent and they don’t appear able to deliver the product you ordered and presumably paid for. I wonder if a product will ever arrive

BEWARE! This is a scam! Try calling the telephone number...1-570-810-5672...does not work! I ordered a dress November 29, 2025....and I am writing this April 8, 2026...and I did not get the dress. You try to contact them through their email...and you get back a message that tells you 'this is not AI responding to you'. It is AI, I've written multiple times...this is what happens in my case: a. either don't get a message back...goes into a black hole, b. OR they ask you for information that just keeps you hanging on thinking someon is working on this [They are not]. MAYBE someone out there got a dress BUT DON'T BE FOOLED....I didn't see the reviews before I ordered. I feel prey to the 'helping women in other countries' and the photos looked too honest, price seemed reasonable (not like other sites where you get this beautiful dress for $39.99)! LOOK AT HOW MANY OF US HAVE BEEN SCAMMED and shared '1-star'! ...don't waste your time and $$$....spend your money at known enties.

I’ve purchased dresses from House of Sundar in the past, and have received them relatively quickly, and they’re beautiful. However, I ordered 2 of the quilted jackets last FALL, and have yet to receive them. I am extremely disappointed that I have not received them yet. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and get the same response that they are behind in shipment. Behind a week or two is one thing, but 4 months is unacceptable to me.

This has a terrible experience. Not only was the product delivery several months, but when it was such low quality I tried to return it, all their claims of money back guarantees were total BS. They make it actually impossible to refund anything. Scam!!

Over one month to arrive and then refused to provide refund.

The clothes are well-designed and the prints are fun. I like my dress, it's just what I wanted. The waiting time to receive it (months) may be out of the control of the company, with all the shipping problems and costs these days. So, if you can wait for your item, great. Just don't order it expecting it to arrive in time for the wedding.

**Zero Stars - A Total Scam!**

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an order before Christmas back in December , and despite reaching out multiple times, I have yet to receive my order (Currently April). This place is nothing short of a scam.

The customer service is atrocious; I’ve tried contacting them repeatedly, but they hardly to almost never respond. To make matters worse, the phone number listed on their website doesn’t even work. It feels like they’ve taken my money and disappeared.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift from someone special, and it's incredibly disappointing to be left empty-handed. I cannot recommend this company—please save your money and shop elsewhere!

I have had no communication as to when I can expect my order. Never any kind of e-mail showing it was even sent. I have not received my order as of today.

WARNING: I’m still waiting for my refund! Never received my item after over 3 1/2 months!!! They must be fake!

Horrible experience. Still waiting on an order placed in December 2025. No responses to emails about a refund. Two generic bot-written emails were sent out about a delay which stated items will be shipped out in 2-4 weeks, and that period has also passed. This company is a scam through and through.

Update: I was contacted by someone from the company saying the order has been dispatched at their end. When I let them know that I have not received any such updates, they said they would send me details ASAP. There have been no emails for a week today. She also notified me there would be no refund.

Do not purchase from this site. It is a total scam. I ordered 2 dresses and sent multiple emails. At first, they responded - apparently it was a bot - and then stopped responding at all and never sent anything. I raised a dispute through my credit card company and they tried being dishonest to them as well. The dispute was successful but please save yourself grief.

I ordered two jackets in November. It is now March and I have not received them. I have reached out many times to get information only sporadically getting responses. I am now moving and I can’t even get anyone to respond so I can change the address. At this point I have realized it’s a scam and they are just stealing people’s money. If it’s not a scam I have truly never dealt with a worse company and customer service and this business won’t last.

I find it very hard to believe what I actually received is “Ethical slow fashion Made to order 100% organic cotton.”

It’s cheaply made. There is absolutely NO House of Sundar labeling on anything, because they are just buying dresses premade from Alibaba. Do a google search for “pink orange stripe tiger dress” and see how many MUCH cheaper dresses come up that are exactly the same. And if they claim all the others are rip offs - no way. It’s all a scam.

I ordered a top from House of Sundar in January and it is now March and it still has not arrived and there is no shipping information either. I have now emailed their listed email address with my order number twice, asking for a refund, and they still have not replied to me.

house of sundar is copying designs and pictures from others! you cant contact them there is no support and no one is writing back. There is no possibity to get in contact with them. Dont buy from this shop. These are not nice people.
